6Bought a go card on Saturday for my son to get to school, didn't realise they had sold me a pensioners card, tried to return it Sunday morning and they refused to change the card as the couldn't see the balance, I was told to drive to Robina to sort out the problem. What a joke I shop they every week but not any more!
Love all the beautiful stuff within the newsagency. It's my goto place for that something special.
I use a mobility scooter and am a senior. Thank you all so much for help and respect I get from the staff especially when getting crossword magazines. Also buy gifts there. Thank you all again from a grateful "Nanna"!
Will not shop here again, they do not give refunds, only store credits. Store credit is not on ALL items either. Custmer service is very poor.
Great range of unique gifts and cards. Found some lovely gifts for "hard to buy for" friends. The ladies that work there are very helpful.
