Be careful with this shop and check the expiration dates. They sell expired products without warning and make them a little bit cheaper.
The natural city is a great health food store. They always have what I want. And the location is really handy in the DFO complex. Great place to shop.
Should have read the reviews here before ordering online. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.
Took very long to process and send the parcel. Told me they would e-mail receipt but when asked they said the receipt is inside the box which is already dispatched. Surely could’ve e-mail one as well.
Customer login page is also not even helpful. Would not waste time ordering from here again.
From Malaysia. A very bad experience. Order was confirmed on July 12th 2017. Have not received the purchased item yet after almost 2 months. No response from department involve on email.
Extremely disappointed with the service. Back end of estore stuffed up the order. Instead of order being delivered same day as their website states, it took 3 days to deliver. Management unwilling to assist. Will not be using this company again.

What a TERRIBLE online experience. This place will happily charge you and not send your order, wont apologize and will ignore you or give you excuses to string you along, especially when you should clearly be given a refund.
They are supposed to have a satisfaction guarantee.well clearly I'm not satisfied.

Slow to process orders and dispatch. Occasionally, below standard packaging and ignoring of e-mailing messages. Prices competitive, if you can bear with these matters.
Always friendly and helpful staff. Best prices anywhere. Charles is a greatly compassionate man while still being pragmatic and no nonsense. Really good range of items and they care about your order. Ive not ordered online yet coz it gets me out of the house (and I go out of my way to shop there to support Charles) but when I do go to the shop there are always people packing boxes of orders.
