The Movement Academy GC is a great academy providing children a safe environment to challenge themselves physically through exploring the world of parkour, free running and gymnastics. Cato is an experienced gymnastics and parkour coach who is genuine and extremely passionate in his work. The children learn to build strength in a fun, exciting and physical way outdoors. The skills and mindset they adapt are invaluable in establishing a fun, physical and healthy lifestyle!

The movement academy is one of these small business that provides A LOT of good in our community. I got referred to them from a friend who has 2 kids that love parkour and playing on the jungle gym like the little monkeys they are, so I thought I'd give it a try for my 6 year old to get him out of the house. I was gladly surprised I didn't even have to pay for the first visit! With my free trial I got my son into one of the weekend classes, and he loved every second getting to practise jumping, swinging and running through a series of fun activities (reminded me of gym class at school). I can honestly say I don't write many reviews, but Cato the owner deserves it, and I can confidently say I recommend this company to all parents who want to get their kids more physically active.

Cato is so knowledgeable in leading movement and his classes are such a great balance of fun, strength, fitness and dynamic movement as a human! Whether you are a kid or an adult I would recommend his classes.

To say that Cato and The Movement Academy has changed my son’s life would be an understatement. The confidence. The ever increasing body strength. The exercise goals he has achieved. The drive that he now has to achieve and complete any activity Cato sets for him.
