The Mill at Moreton Bay reviews
19 Great place for kids. Splash park and kids playground along with ample space in Park makes for a good morning or Arvo with the kids.
Mind you it can get very crowded during weekends and school holidays especially in summer
Extremely popular. Nowhere near enough seating, shade or parking. No equal access play equipment either. Such an expensive project with such a wasted opportunity.
This playground area is fabulous for kids and fur babies. Lots of areas to sit and enjoy. Heaps of parking and plenty of space for kids to run.
Great nnew playground and water park. Huge oval for the kids to run around as well. Good job Moreton Bay Council!
This is a new park and already it's a favourite! Every time we have been here it's been clean tidy. There is shade over the play areas which is a must. The water play is awesome. There are toilets, shelters with seating and BBQs so ideal for family gatherings. Parking is at a premium though so get there early if you can.
Great park, water play and open field area for families and kids, great for big group gatherings, great for play dates and catch ups, great when it's hot to cool off the kids. Heaps of parking around the place, it's connected to all the bike paths around the park so you can go for a big or small ride. Public toilets and change facilities on site.
Great fun for the kids with both water and normal playgrounds to use. Recommend to bring your own shade as it is a very popular spot and covered area fill quick
Its great but Just needs cleaning, there is rubbish and food. The water park has green algae around and sogy food?
Fantastic water play and park was very clean and loved it has all amenities and clean toilets only down side is not enough parking
Very good playground for the kids we'll set up maybe needs a few sunshades but was a great free community playground for children of all ages
Nice place for kids water play & play gound. Car park, shower, toilets everything Available. Bbq area available but only 2 oven. A small oval is also for play.
New kids park with water fountains play area. It has ample parking space and just next to Petrie station.
Awesome sunday afternoon.my child enjoyed the kids playground (attached to water park area) more than the water play.but the other kids were going crazy for water features.all in all a great family outing.
Kids love the water park, flying fox, and slides. As a parent i did have concerns first why was a park like this was built in this location I'm sure there was a more deserving place maby closer to where people live so walk and riding there would be a possibility. I'm sure not to many uni students are going to play there. They have lots of shade and seating but because it new it is busy so if you have a gazebo and chairs take them there is plenty of grass to set up on. But again the designers don't think like parents they have put a buttifull garden around half of the water park not the right place it obstructs your view of kids playing at the water park, grass would have been more appropriate. Will be interesting to see what gets built in the space around the park?
Our 2.5 year old absolutely loves this waterpark! There's also lots of shade, which is a huge plus for us when we also have a baby.
Was busy but fun. The water run off that had turned the grass into a mud wasnt great. It stinks!
Incredible playspace with something for everyone - water play, a huge adventure tower and lots of shade and seating. Stayed and played all day! Thank you Moreton Bay Regional Council for such a great park!
Excellent well designed park with lots of shade & seating. Good water play as well as varied playground equipment for varying ages. Toilets available. Just needs a coffee shop!
Great park.
Slides, Swings, flying fox, water play area, oval, water, toilets, BBQ's.
Asked why the water isn't on for the wet play area, was told we have to wait until Saturday for the Photo Opportunity.
35°c and no water. Thanks Howarth, "member for petrie" I guess we can wait till you're ready.
