Thank you for the great job on my lounge Peter. We were going to throw it to the tip, but you have breathed new life back into it, you truly are a Doctor.

Peter from the Leather Doctor, has performed many jobs for me over the years and in my opinion is the best in the business. Where others have failed, Peter always has a solution. You won't be disappointed.

I have had the Leather Doctor look after my leather lounges for the past 7 years and they are as good as new. Peter is a lovely man who always goes the extra mile.

We bought a leather "Lyell" suite from Harvey Norman last year. We noticed the foam in the seats sinking and the leather was all saggy. Even though the suite is only a year old it looks more like 4 years old. Harvey Norman PAID The Leather Doctor to conduct an "independent" examination and their report said the leather puddling was not excessive, normal and to be expected with general use in leather furniture. I say not within a year and not a quality Italian leather (which it was said to be). The Leather Doctor also found in regard to the seat foams failing that this is not excessive and is consistent with wear and tear. I say not after a year. In it's current state of decline the suite will be off to the tip in less than 2 years, so glad I took the payments over 5 years. Even though I did not see Shannon the technician have a more detailed examination, he was able to to state in his report that the leather cracking in the main seat areas due to non maintenance; there is dirt in the pores of the leather, and some “oil” damage, the suite is cream, it is cleaned with the very expensive stuff Harvey Norman sold us, and I have no idea where the oil is meant to be. Clearly when you are PAID by Harvey Norman it would be difficult to remain objective (all the work Harvey Norman must send the Leather Doctors way, they don't want to damage that "gravy train"), you would want to blame the other party for not looking after the leather if it means you keep your contract. Thanks to the report from the Leather Doctor Harvey Norman are blaming us for not looking after the suite. Also it took over 2 weeks for the Leather Doctor to provide their "independent report". I don't believe the Leather Doctor acted independently and shows a lack of integrity. Obviously this feedback is based on the emailed information supplied to me by Harvey Norman.
