Honestly, this experience was so incredible!
The therapist was so lovely, genuine kind and professional. The spa itself was stunning and the little touches make it so luxe!
This was my first time here and I could not be happier. The warm cosy bed, the welcome drink, the end result.

This place had me at hello It is absolutely stunning and all the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Definitely a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the world and get pampered for a while. I love my lashes and all the little extras you get each visit

I had eyelash extensions done today with Diana! I wasn’t sure what to expect but as soon as I stepped foot into the lash spa it instantly had a luxurious feeling, it was so incredibly beautiful the staff go above and beyond with care and making sure you’re getting the most out of your treatment! How amazing is that? Diana talked me through the process before deciding which lashes would suit me best, she was more than happy to answer any questions I had very helpful with experience and knowledge.
I walked out of the lash spa feeling and looking incredible! I can’t wait to show off my new lashes to everyone and I’ll certainly return! If you’re reading this review.please book in with these lovely ladies!

I have been going to The Lash Spa for a few years now and I would not get my lashes done anywhere else. The whole experience is pleasant and relaxing. Holly is absolutely amazing I don’t know what my lashes would do without her.

I had the most amazing time today at the lash spa. What a cute environment, and felt pampered from reception to the lash room. Tea, chocolate, complimentary massage and foot spa. Wow! I felt like it couldn’t get any better and when Jemma called me to the appointment room I had more complimentary little gifts, another drink and well, it was so relaxing having hand massage, the ambient music, comfy blanket, that I fell asleep. I am in love. Amazing and worth the money.

Had my lashes and brows done with the beautiful Diana and it was hands down the best experience I have had, from the moment I entered to the moment I left. This is the first time in 2 years of me getting lashes that someone actually listened to what I like and prefer and delivered with something even better then I could have imagined. Definitely excited to become a regular with these girls and become family!

I always love my visits with Sia at the lash spa! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and all the complimentary treats are wonderfully relaxing. Sia always does a fabulous job with my lashes & brows, as she listens & is attentive to exactly what I’m after. Will always be a regular!

Megumi is such a delightful therapist. With her soft gentle manner she makes you feel relaxed from the moment you enter her room. Her skill and professionalism is first rate.

Our Guardian Angels! I had a dire situation where we needed urgent help due to an accident where my daughter lost quite a few of her natural eyelashes. The care and compassion we received from all the girls, including Lilly initially, then Melissa and finally Jemma, who was our lash stylist, and who created the magic was sincere and heartfelt. You put my daughter’s beautiful smile back on her face which prior to that had been full of tears and distress. Thank you, thank you so much for your expertise, compassion, care and the most wonderful pampering beforehand. Ladies, don’t go anywhere else for your treatments - The Lash Spa is the absolute bomb!
