PLEASE! DONT YOU EVER go to this place! I had the worst experience I’ve ever had since I’m doing laser hair removal. Not just only that they moved my appointment for later knowing I needed then but on the same day they made me wait 20 minutes past my appointment when I’ve arrived with no excuse. I came all the way with the heavy rain and waited even more and then when I went inside to start my treatment she made up that I had “fake tan “ on my skin and didn’t want to treat me. Not just only I have never used fake tan in my life my skin is already olive. She literally treated me totally unprofessional and didn’t even bother to give anything. I already waste my time and day coming to this place they didn’t care AT ALL. Please, if you love yourself do not ever go there. You’ll have a bad experience for sure! They have no idea how to treat a costumer!

Renee did a fantastic job with my laser hair removal. Renee was very patient and understanding of my needs. Her attention to detail and the time and effort made me very happy with the results and I felt that money was well spent.

I paid for a pack of hair removal sessions before Covid. Due to closures during Covid, I did not get to use all my sessions and one day when I went for my session they said my pack had expired. I explained that they had been closed for some of the time, but they said they had new owners and so would not extend my the time for my pack. I asked to speak with the manager and they said she would call me, but she never called.
Also I had 8 of the sessions and it did not remove any of the hair. I had laser hair removal 10 years ago at a proper medical laser place that specialized in laser only and it really worked well, so I was only going to get the few stray hairs that had grown back over the years. The laser here was very weak in comparison to the one I had previously and it did not remove any of the hair. I would recommended finding a specialized laser place and not wasting your money here.

I went to the Paddington clinic today and Kelli looked after me. I never usually write reviews but I wanted to say how good the service was. Kelli was so lovely, she made me feel super comfortable, she was so so thorough with her work which I hadn’t experienced in the past and I left feeling super happy and impressed with her service. I had my first ever laser session here on Saturday and I was so impressed. The staff were so lovely and very professional. The clinic was very clean, I had my temperature taken to ensure everyone’s safety and they really took the time to make sure I was completely informed the whole way through. Highly recommend!

Do not trust beauticians with medical grade devices.

Here is a clinic in paddington I'd visited for a while even after a few accidental burns (in covered areas) as the manager is always really lovely and offered me several apologies, kind words and a free led treatment. Despite the fact she tried to sell me the Led package for an issue I never had until she burnt me, I never questioned the kind lady there but just politely refused. Recently a new staff employed here brutally burnt my entire neck and partial face (couldn't go to work for a week due to the pain) reminding me the most alarming fact that beauticians should never be handed a medical grade device despite their welcoming and kind nature. This staff was rude and rough but my point is in general beauticians do not understand the physics of optical light and end up either under dosing people (for repeat treatments) or bumping up the energy of a beam they don't understand/or not cleaning the device enough causing severe burns. If this was done to me by a stranger, they would be in jail. How are industries like these in this day and age allowed to openly burn customers (who are often quiet about it) is beyond me. Was told to go get some cortisoid creams and not report to the radiation health department due to our personal relationship. People need to know that in QLD a regulatory body known as radiation health "regulates" this laser industry and at the very least such unqualified people need to be reported to have their licences assessed. They also refused to return my money which I will have to go through the Ombudsman and tribunal courts. They will only return my money if I sign liabilities away. Not worth the hassle. Go to a professional clinic that understands lasers.

Been going here for about 7 years and love it! Everyone (especially Kelli) is extremely friendly and makes sure you're super comfortable with them. The team definitely deserves more recognition for their amazing service!

I highly recommend this clinic! The girls are always SO friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about all their treatments and provide amazing service! Kelli is always super bubbly and energetic and I can tell she really has a passion for the beauty industry and loves what she does! Definitely a great experience everytime:)
