A phenomenal place for children, and very safe. The only thing that would improve is if they had better air conditioning, in summer it gets really hot inside.

Need to purchase “jungle” socks despite already having rubberised play socks, $17.50 to purchase for a family of 5 plus credit card surcharge, a scam policy that is wrapped as their safety policy

Fabulous place for the kids birthday parties! Parents can sit back knowing the kids are safe and having a ball with the party hosts.

The equipment is very cool and certainly fun for the kids. However there are some frustrations. The staff all seem disengaged and just do not seem very happy to be there. It's very hard to get their attention - it's like they are trying to get through their shift without making eye contact with any customers. The major free play area looks awesome, but it is "strictly" restricted to 2 to 8 year olds. So my 10 year old could not go in with my 8 year old. Apart from making the whole day less fun for the 10 year old, it also meant that my 8 year old went in by himself, and then ended up getting physically bullied by some other kid where no one was watching. Came out in huge tears and just wanted to leave. Looked around for some advice from the staff but.still no eye contact. Overall, not a place that you can feel comfortable just leaving your kids to enjoy themselves.

Amazingly well maintained place. Very clean and neat. Staff are very friendly and are all over the place. So much to do for all ages. Was a really awsum experience!

We visited 12pm and at 1pm, they closed for a function. No one told us that they would be closed soon when we went in. I explained my situation and a staff said they put a sign on the entry and said they considered 1 hour was enough time for playing. I felt I am a stupid person because I missed their sign on the entry. Should see the board when you go in.

Favourite indoor playground in Brisbane! The area for 0-2 is a delight! Knowing my girl can play safely with her age group is literally the best. There’s so much to do and plenty food options that you can order to your table on your phone so that’s a bonus! Only negative is parking. The parking lot gets full but there is street parking at least.

Fantastic place to have kids play for an indoor centre. However, wasn't happy with the rule of needing Jungle Socks to enter, when I already had the appropriate socks to play an indoor centre also the Staff were rude. I feel like the Sock rule is a Scam and a pointless exercise especially when other indoor play centres allow any one with grippy soles on their equipment.

You can't fault this place, my 10 year old always has a great time. It's prices have gone up by 50% since our last visit though.

Had a good time besides the fact you have to keep paying extra on top of entry fees to go on other activities. We were here all day and it was good until the flying fox across the roof got stuck with a 6 year old girl on there somehow the roof door half way closed and the swing is malfunctioning trying to jam its way out harder and harder just smashing this poor little darling into it at full speed she's hysterical a few of us starting to go underneath her to makeshift some sort of human parachute to catch her in case she fell the whole park just stopped in awe it's like there was no emergency stop button as well. It took the workers 4 to 5 minutes to even get to her with a ladder they were all gobsmacked also it was the after care and employee safety training that has turned us off this place

Huge, funniest and cleanest play centre in Brisbane with great customer service! My wishes were taken into account when I organised a time for a group of 8 kids, it was a pleasure to deal with the staff! Highly recommend!

Great place to bring my toddler a few days a week for a few hours. He has a really big play and sleeps for hours after

The staff are AMAZING! Well done guys, your amazing staff made our day incredible. It was Father’s Day and even though you were busy you provided 200% customer service. The kids had a great day. The parents had a great day too!

Great place to take the kids, large playground that offers the kids hours of fun play, plus the time structured areas which offer safe and managed play. Plus the staff there seem to be professional but polite and friendly

Well it appears to be the bees knees of places, amazing capacity of what if and excited children looking at all the challenges, then you get here and get told it is all pay for play.not one entry fee but the more you want to play on the price goes up and up annnd up!

There is an amazing multi level playground that only under 9's can access try explaining to a 5 year old that their 10 and 12 year old siblings cannot play with them in the play ground. It is a play ground - let the children play in the PLAY GROUND

Next it is the time slots - as we didn't book online and were not aware of aaaaaaalllll the restrictions we arrived on a half hour and had a choice of all 3 sitting and waiting 30 minutes for the jungle canopy or going in during another session and loosing out on half of the time - no discount or slushy to compensate the kids on this lost time.

To think we drove from the other side of Brisbane to come here opting this for a massive treat for the kids - and although they appeared to enjoy the fleeting time on the activities they stated because of the restrictions on their movement they did not want to come back.

That is a relief as I won't be bringing them back until the management change the restrictions.

Please don't take your children if they have sensory issues. You must wear their socks and wear a wrist band and to have access to the play area. We ended up leaving within the hour as we struggled to keep our children socks and wrist bands on.

Great place friendly staff, great communication! My son was in an altercation with another boy where he was put in a head lock and scratched up the arm! I was dealing with my middle child and thankfully another mother and the jungle team seen this, sorted the situation and applied first aid to my son who was inconsolable. This child has been banned from there place! If it hadn't been for the swift response this could have been a different result. Thank you very much!

Management and organisation skills I would rate a 0

You pay per area this just doesn't work at all why don't you charge one fee for the entire place and then give people time limits for each area

3 different arm bands for 3 different areas is too much for a big family and makes things Abit stressful baby area is completely hidden from everything which makes it hard for mum's trying to watch their kids on the other big kid areas

They don't allow you to jump from the top platform unless you jump twice but don't tell you that at the counter

I do suggest if you go go early in the morning to cover any time where your either confused or waiting to be allowed on the rides if they close them which happend twice when we went

Other than the organisational skills being 0 the facilities itself are awesome just please train the staff better to let people on when they are booked and stop closing the jump every 5 minutes

Looks good for kids aged 6+, but nothing special for younger kids. The staff were inattentive and apathetic. The place was well kept though.
