The Hat Store

Thoroughly disappointing. Ordered a hat early December as a Christmas present and paid for express shipping so it would arrive on time. Two weeks later had not received tracking information. Called the store and was told the manager would call me back. Did not receive a callback. Despite multiple attempts to call the store the line was either 'busy' or put through to voicemail. Sent an online enquiry requesting a call and got an email response stating that the hat was not in stock. Unable to reply directly to the email sent another request requesting call but instead received a response stating that my order had been cancelled! 3 days before Christmas and no present to give. Not sure why I was able to purchase if not in stock. Would have been helpful to have been told it wasn't in stock or at least be able to speak to someone.

A great range and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, they really know their stuff. Prices are great as well. I'll definitely be back

I travelled an hour specifically to go to the hat shop and spent awhile looking, then asked the the shop assistant if they had smaller size, he looked it up, no they didn't. I don't care that they didn't have it, he barely looked up from his screen the whole time I was there as well as other customers. He just could not be bothered with any of us in the shop. His advice was go to Brisbane if you want it.

More than 4yrs later and my hat is still perfect! I wear it anytime i leave the house Thanks heaps!

Purchased a hat for a Christmas present and didn’t receive a confirmation email, called the day after ordering as I realised I had made an error with my email address…. It had already been sent. Received the hat 3 days after ordering, Robina to Sydney 5 days before Christmas

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Myself and my partner visited the store recently to buy a hat for a wedding and the service we received was outstanding (sorry cannot remember names) that we even ended up with a hat for our little one also! I then returned the following day and bought myself a hat from another staff member who's service was also fantastic! Thanks so much again ladies we will definitely be back again soon for more?

Pretty bad when you spend $250 on a hat and it doesn’t even come with the brand box, just dumped In a paper bag, and if you want the box you have to pay and extra $20 for that. Even though if you purchase it from the brand themselves if comes with the box for free. Won’t be purchasing from here again. Better off waiting for the online shipping.

I visited this store today to buy a hat for my partner. Andy gave an outstanding service. I had an idea of what I wanted and he steered me in the right direction. Also the return and refund policy was laid out with a crystal clear explanation.

I cannot comment on the range of the store as I received a hat as a birthday gift from my father. The hat arrived the manufacturing defects and it was a nightmare trying to work out how to get into contact with the store. They claim "Industry Leading Returns Policy" because of the 60 day time period after buying it but the process certainly is NOT industry leading. I have found this store to be the worst online store for returns. Buyer beware, if you buy online, and you receive a faulty product, you may well end up having to simply accept it as the returns process is confusing and costly to the buyer. Can definitely agree with other reviews claiming the process is terrible.

Just got my hat today, really happy with it. The quality, craftsmanship was top notch. The service and shipping was smooth and professional. Will definitely recommend this store. Hat is really cool!

Just for reference for the store owner - the customer service my wife received today was disgusting.

She went in with a hat she purchased online, not looking to exchange it because we knew that wouldn’t happen. To just try on a different size so we could purchase the right one.

These hats are incredible and have nothing bad to say about them!

Was rude from the get go, wasn’t helpful, was short and disrespectful.

It only got worse when his mates came into the store and well the service was bad before this so you can only imagine how it was then.

Love your hats but if you want people to keep buying them then I suggest getting rid of who ever was on today and hire more polite staff.

I was served 30/12 at around midday by young blonde woman who was extremely rude to both myself and my partner. Thoroughly displeased

Great selection of hats. Not the cheapest around but they will have what you are looking for. The lady is very helpful and has got great product knowledge.

The staff are extremely helpful; very dedicated to the customer with the will to please & ensure you are able to find a style you're searching for. The store itself is always well stocked!

Admittedly, a huge selection of hats, but not the best prices, shop around first. If you have to return the hat due to defects, prepare for a world of pain. They don't seem interested in customer service, and a lot of excuses as to why they can't meet their refund obligations on defects. If you accept a credit, remember you have to pay for shipping again! But maybe they've had so many issues with change of mind, and I was just that rare case with a legit defect.

I cannot recommend, but accept you might not have a choice given the large range.

I've been buying hats from these guys for years. Never had an issue! Just had one issue recently and it was so quickly and efficiently resolved! Would recommend A+

Very happy, my hat was delivered to me in Melbourne today. It fit perfectly which was difficult to find online, whereas this store you could choose your size. I had to measure my head for the first time. Also delivery was very prompt. Ordered on the 20th of sep, delivered to the door on the 25th of sep which is very fast considering we are in lockdown in melbourne. Thanx peeps!

My fave hat in the whole planet. I dont usually wear hat but this trucker hat is my everyday hat. Bought one for my cousin and uncle and they loved it too.
