A smaller sized store and very hidden away within the shopping centre. It's fine. Many other stores in the area for home improvement, camping and such.
My partner and I have been loyal to this store for white goods for ages. We recently bought a portable AC, which turned out to be faulty. My partner called the store asking about the returns process and the lady on the phone advised him that the "store manager doesn't like doing refunds. " Oof okay. Anyway we go to the store expecting to have to practically beg for a refund. Nope, not the case. Refund was easy as pie to get, we didn't even have to speak to any management. It was seriously relieving and we were so so SO thankful that we didn't have an issue returning this faulty product. My partner genuinely said in the car "wow they really are *good* guys. " Lol. Thank you for making this process easy Good Guys Tingalpa. We'll be back (we probably still would have come back if it was difficult to get the refund tbh but it was just. So. Nice). From the bottom of our hearts. Thank you.
OH and shout out to the awesome woman who sold us the AC originally and recognised us when we came back in for the refund, your service was amazing thank you
Ordered a fridge freezer from them last Wednesday. It was supposed to be delivered Thursday. Didn’t come. Then it was supposed to be delivered Today (Monday) Now not coming until Tuesday. Terrible communication.
Worst customer experience I've ever had. Was openly insulted by a member of staff when I complained about it. Terrible place. Avoid.
Can’t get their paperwork together. Can’t call them be going elsewhere and that’s with two different stores.
Big thanks to Nick at the Tingalpa store who assembled the telescopic shelves for my new Westinghouse oven. I had tried unsuccessfully to attach them myself at home and finally thought I’d have a look at the one on display. Nick came to my rescue and attached them for me and showed me how to do it. Once home, it was an easy step to slide them into the wall oven. Thanks again.
Had a very beautiful experience with the good guys in Tingalpa. A lovely gentleman called Dexter has helped us twice now. Few months ago we went to get a new heater and he helped us get it at the best and lowest price possible.
Today we went in to get a new hair straightener and a few other items and he has helped us again.
Hoping he gets a promotion as he really deserves it!
Placed a Click & Collect order for a Bissell Carpet Cleaner early April 2022 at Tingalpa.
Absolutely pathetic service.
No word from Good Guys about product ready to be collected. Nothing. No SMS or email. Nothing. I rang the store today to be told the order was cancelled as I hadn't picked it up within 30 days of notification it was ready? I've been patiently waiting to obtain product but am aware Covid has caused major delays.so only rang today. Female staff member I spoke to on phone insisted I'd been notified order was ready. I hadn't! But to then be told it was cancelled WITHOUT an email or SMS advising of such is a joke.
Will buy the product elsewhere. The Good Guys at Tingalpa are not so great.

I agree with all the bad reviews. Pathetic. Money grabbing with no care at all about the suitability or even completeness of products (no bracket for sound bar) and don’t respond to phone calls or emails and don’t follow through with after sales service when a product is on back order.
I went here on the weekend and service was genuine and with a smile. So i rang on the phone to see if they had a product in stock they did, but when i got there turns out the system had messed up and they didn't but thats ok, thats outta there control, but even on the phone the guy that i was talking to was nice. They were very apologetic about the whole thing and the woman Im assuming was a manager gave me a discount on the item, and was able to get one express delivered to me from tweed heads. Really happy about the experience, and will come back again.
Worst cashier service ever. Lady who served me at the front and who picked picked up my call the next day was so rude when she was the one at fault, never coming back here
We visited the shop on the weekend. There was plenty of parking on site. The shop wasn't crowded and there were plenty of staff to help. We picked one of the Dyson vacuum cleaners and we're promptly given one from the back of the store. The purchasing process and the account creation were simple.
I never write reviews, especially bad ones. So I’m proper frustrated at this time to be doing this. On more than one occasion the same man working in sales on the floor at Tingalpa Good Guys has sold us items he knows fair well aren’t great/ have known issues/ or incorrect specs to what you need. All he is after is a quick sale. He doesn’t care about what you need or are wanting, he just cares about making his sales. It’s so frustrating as it’s wrong misleading people knowing you’re more than likely going to make a direct negative impact on their lives. Especially as people put their trust in such people and there so called expertise. He also needs to learn how to have empathy or compassion and learn the word ‘sorry’ as when you make contact raising your concerns he’s very arrogant and unapologetic which makes the situation even more negative. Just buyers beware you’re not getting taken for a ride. Note: I haven’t used a name as I don’t want to be directly disrespectful.
I would’ve given zero star if I could. I went in to look for newest Samsung Q930 sound bar and also L7 UST projector but couldn’t find them on display. Waited there and walked around for half an hour for someone to come to me but seemed like I was invisible to them. Them I walked to the counter and asked the guy about them and he pointed at the section of the store and said he believed they are there. Didn’t bother to come with me and when I said I was already there and couldn’t find them, he said you probably have a better luck at JB? ! What the …. I came to The Good Guys for a reason!
But that was the last time in this store definitely
Just left the store empty-handed. Ok, I haven't decided on the induction cooktop but got no help with choosing a laptop and was told they don't sell the phone I have already decided on. Salesman walked away and I found the phone myself. Staff at counter (4) seemed preoccupied so I'll go elsewhere. Went in to buy 3 things, left with nothing.
Was told ‘thats not my problem’ when trying to resolve wether or not the fridge we had waited for for over 3 months would fit through our door without its packaging on.
For the sake of 1cm we could have taken the door off if the person on the phone could have been more proactive and less confrontational and helped us.
No longer our problem either as we have taken out business elsewhere.

Barely acknowledged me when I came in to an empty store for a 'click and collect' order that I had been advised via email was ready for collection. The staff at the counter had no sense of urgency when looking for the order and took their time whilst I stood and waited. They were struggling to find the order. The girl at the counter did not acknowledge me during the process or speak to me at all to explain what was happening and treated me like I was invisible. When I finally asked about what was happening with MY order, I was met with a rude response. It really put a bad taste in my mouth at that point. I waited another 15 minutes in their empty store with no real understanding or explanation of what was happening. I definitely wouldn't step foot in the store again.
Made an online purchase, Jess called to organise delivery, she was completely unprofessional and rude. Still don’t have my order, no contact from the store. Should be called the “Useless Guys”
The Good Guys at Tingalpa have a good selection of products and a caring customer service. There was a bit of waiting due to some staff shortage on that day. Still, the service was good and the staff was helpful.
