What a wonderful experience shopping from New Zealand with Kate Gubanyi.

Despite not being able to try the Lou dress on, Kate offered amazing advice on sizing which meant that when the dress arrived it fit wonderfully - I could not be more pleased!

The Lou dress is elegant but a bit sexy too, and has amazing stretch it it which means I will be able to get down and boogie on the dance floor in it all night!?

The dress was shipped immediately and arrived within a week.

First time trying on wedding dresses. Didn’t receive the best service. Was very awkward and uncomfortable. The dressing room curtain was see-through…the attended might as well have come in while I’m changing. Would have appreciated more enthusiasm and assistance for my first ever fitting. Purchased a dress at MWL Bridal.

I had the most amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at The GC Bridal Lounge on the weekend. Mel was so lovely and attentive and even explained to me how we could customise two gowns to be exactly what I wanted. The dresses are absolutely beautiful and it was so much fun to have a glass of champagne with my group and try them on and to have the whole shop to ourselves. It truely feels like that perfect movie moment experience.

Mel was amazing and we had the best time at the Bridal Lounge. She makes you feel comfortable and just brings such a happy and positive vibe. We tried on a variety of different dresses and were allowed to take photos to reflect back on at the end of the day. Would highly recommend anyone dress shopping to come here.

I had such a wonderful experience with Melinda! The experience was incredibly personalised, so comfortable and relaxing. Mel is so helpful and insightful and the range and ability to modify is incredible.

The GC Bridal Lounge is like a hidden gem in Southport, the shop is immaculate. Kate's designs are absolutely stunning, you get wine upon arrival (or water) with AMAZING customer service AND the prices are GOOD

I decided to go to my first appointment alone as wedding dress shopping to me was something I was not excited to do, knowing how fussy I am with clothes I couldn't imagine what I would be like with wedding dresses. When I pulled up into the carpark nerves hit me.thinking wow am I really going to try on wedding dresses by myself alone.what are you thinking Alicia? ! However as soon as I stepped foot into the store I was greeted by beautiful Mel. Straight away I was at ease with her warm and welcoming persona. I felt like I had a best friend with me at the shop and my walls came down. Mel listened to exactly what I was looking for and had imagined in a dress, she chose some amazing designs. I got so overwhelmed that at one stage I started crying when I looked at myself in the mirror in a beautiful dress as it brought back thoughts of not having my dad in this world anymore. Mel was so empathetic and caring at the time and she even changed the music that was playing in the background for me. It is not often these days to come across outstanding customer service. Thank you Mel for going up and beyond <3 I will never forget my experience.

I had such an amazing experience here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for wedding dresses on the Gold coast. Melinda (who was my consultant) genuingly cared about what I felt comfortable in, asked relevant questions to my day and was so excited for me and the experience of finding the right dress. Prices were great for the dresses and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing.

Hands down the BEST bridal shop I've been to. I found wedding dress shopping to be quite stressful. Ive been to several. No idea what I wanted, previous ladies had put me in dresses that looked down right awful. Not Chanel. The first dress we tried on I absolutely loved! She was so lovely, knew exactly what would work and made me feel comfortable and beautiful. The second apt with Cristy was just the same. Amazing. Dresses are beautiful, girls are lovely and the prices are great too!
