What a wonderful shopping experience! We had a list of furniture shops to go to, but ended up making our purchase at the first store. The Furniture Shack Maroochydore. MaryGrace was amazing.very helpful in offering suggestions and showing us different styles. We were so indecisive but MaryGrace guided us with patience and we even purchased the cushions she suggested.
The furniture arrived within the said timeframe and we absolutely love it! It’s more comfortable than our indoor couch!

UPDATE.we wanted a bar dining setting, quite urgently for a function we were hosting, so I rang The Furniture Shack Maroochydore again. I explained to Dawn what I needed and she gave me suggestions, which I looked up online whilst talking with her. Dawn then sent me various photos of different cushions and stools so I could match with the lounge setting we had bought previously. I made my choice and purchased over the phone.all without leaving my house! The setting and cushions were delivered 4 days later (the day before our event) and we are so, so happy with them. It’s exactly what we wanted! I rang Dawn and told her that the furniture had arrived and how very appreciative I was.
Once again, I am so very impressed with the team at The Furniture Shack. Dawn was incredibly helpful and we had a good laugh as well. Thank you Dawn and your team at Maroochydore for your outstanding service

Very disappointed. We made it very clear which items we wanted and still the wrong items were ordered. Then they asked for more money to pay for their mistake and would not honour the quote. We even had photos of the items we ordered with the pricing attached! Would not recommend this store AT ALL.

I have recently moved to the Sunshine Coast and looking for new outdoor furniture, a local friend suggested I go to the furniture Shack Maroochydore.
I decided to go have a look, see yesterday, and to my delight I was greeted by Collette. She was warm, friendly and professional, with a very good knowledge of the products and had great ideas of how to match things together.
What a pleasant shopping experience I had! Thank you Collette, I will be back in your store when I decide to purchase some outdoor furniture.

Jill was exceptionally friendly and happy to answer all of our questions.
So sales staff are great, but their delivery service is useless, they are unable to give you a delivery window, only tell you when they are on their way, so you have to take the day off work and sit around waiting for them. Every other place gives you a 3-4 hour window.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for all the assistance I received from Collette. My table was faulty and when I approached Collette to advise she went above and beyond to ensure that I received a replacement table. She communicated regularly to advise on the progress of my replacement. I would also like to express my appreciation to the owners of the business who authorised delivery of replacement table and pick up of faulty table at no cost. I have shopped with the furniture shack since the 1990s and have found their furniture different from the mainstream and am very happy with the outdoor setting which I now possess.

I am writing this review because of the wonderful service I received from Nicci when purchasing furniture for my new unit. Not only was she extremely helpful but very pleasant to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. She went out of her way to make sure everything suited my needs. Many thanks Nicci. PS Great furniture at a reasonable price and doesn't come in a flat pack.

Service from staff (I think her name was Nikki) was great however we ordered chairs in late December 2020 and paid a deposit after being told they would take 6 - 8 weeks. Now I know with Covid things can change, but here we are 12 April and still no chairs! We have been calling them weekly to get an update - shouldn't they be calling us? Apparently the chairs will be here this week but I would have thought after all this time a an offer to deliver and assemble them as a small token apology may have been forthcoming but no! Sorry Furniture Shack - I will never be back and cannot recommend your business.

Although I had to wait a couple of months longer than first advised for the extra chairs I needed, I found the salesperson was very friendly and helpful and this would make me more inclined to shop there again should I be looking for anything.

I'd like to give 4 1/2 stars. 1/2 star off only because I couldn't buy 2 chairs from the floor, however, I did appreciate the lollies! Will definitely shop there again.

Shopped here with my partner over the weekend and the lady who served us was so great. Friendly and bubbly, answered all our questions and never once made us feel rushed even though the store was packed! So happy with the matching lounge and dining set that we purchased, and that we could have delivery in just a few days. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for good quality outdoor furniture!

Beautiful furniture that really stands the test of time. Such unique creations that add so much aesthetic value and liveability for the home. Love seeing what The Furniture Shack will come up with next!

After 7 months the paint is peeling off my cane tables took them back after 14 days I am told they are not under warranty as they are not for outdoors, even though they are under cover? Not told this when i bought them and clearly not Fit for the Purpose very dissatisfied.

I placed an order with this company on Sunday and cancelled the order a few days later. This company has proceeded to advise me I am not entitled to a refund of my deposit. I have contacted the ACCC and they have advised i am in fact entitled to a full refund. I am now going to have to take this company to court to get my money back and also make a formal complaint to the ACCC. This company should be ashamed of themselves. There was no cancellation policy with my TAX INVOICE. If they want to make money out of keeping people's deposits then they are in the wrong business. Disgusting. DO NOT BUY off these people. Money hungry thieves for taking someones deposit and not returning it. DISGUSTING!

Friendly, Helpful and priced well. The Manager Bianca I think that was her name was professional.

Have been looking all over the sunshine coast for an outdoor lounge setting and dining table for weeks (something a little different). Walked into the Furniture Shack on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised. Chose a lounge quite quickly and then told Bianca the type of table and size we wanted and she immediately showed us one that was due in at the end of the month that was perfect. Thank you Bianca your helpful advice was well received and I would certainly recommend the Furniture Shack, Maroochydore!
