Excellent customer service. Came in a few times in the one day to ensure I was getting the right chairs for me and very friendly and helpful each time. Looked at lots of other outdoor chairs at other places and found here was the best product and price.

Was so disappointed with the service we received. We went in over the weekend to look at a new outdoor setting and 2 staff we spoke with were rude and condescending. I asked a few questions regarding one setting we looked at, and the guy we were dealing with laughed and made an inappropriate remark regarding my intelligence. We left shortly after. Was so upset as the setting was one I loved, but do not feel comfortable to back: (

Ordered an outdoor table setting which fits perfectly in our under cover area. The staff were excellent and even with a few minor issues everything was sorted out and delivered on time! Couldn't have asked for a better place to help set up our new entertainment area! Thank you!

I bought an outdoor setting online. Kerryn via chat and telephone was very helpful. I got a little lucky in that the 7 piece setting could be delivered same day. The setting I bought was exactly as described and reasonable quality for the price.

I came across this store by accident and left with the 2 seater lounge which was just what I was looking for. Quality furniture and excellent customer service from Keryn and Joanna. Before I left I ordered the dining setting and was delivered and it’s perfect. Highly recommend for furniture and outstanding service. Well done girls and I’ll have to visit again soon

The team at Furniture Shack were extremely helpful and prompt with our requests for bar stools to suit the specifications of our kitchen space. We purchased two natural timber top stools- we love the design, quality and stability. We were extremely happy with the wonderful customer service we recieved and quality of their product.

I initially did a lot of research on the internet looking for outdoor furniture for my new deck and came up with a list of about 10 shops to go to. I know this seems like overkill but good quality outdoor furniture can be expensive and I wanted something different from the usual wicker or low-slung modern furniture. I was only half way though my list of 10 shops when I visited the Furniture Shack at Springwood and I knew that I did not have to look any further. They had an extensive range of both the more common furniture but also distinctive styles. The quality and workmanship in the very classy suite that I bought was so beautiful, that you could use it inside the house. The furniture is super comfortable but very functional and versatile. Keryn was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me to ensure that I had the right combination of furniture to meet my needs, as I wanted it to act as both a lounge with coffee table but also a dining suite. I even went back a couple of times to measure and colour match before I made a final decision on the combination I finally bought. I felt that she genuinely wanted me to get an arrangement that provided me with the outdoor experience that I wanted. I absolutely LOVE my furniture and would enthusiastically recommend Furniture Shack at Springwood.
