After weeks of looking at all major brand stores for an outdoor furniture setting I couldn't decide on design or colour, or the price just wasn't right. Narelle @ Helensvale was fantastic in helping me narrow down my choices, assisting with colour matching etc.and the price was so competitive if not better. Plus, the delivery guys assemble the product on site as part of the delivery price. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the flat pack packaging is not taken away. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Visited the Helensvale store the other day after hunting around the gold coast for months for outdoor furniture and safe to say The Furniture Shack has the best pricing & quality furniture around! I'll be back with my husband to purchase our suite and dining setting! Paulinea and Narelle are beautiful to speak to they both were so helpful and friendly

Just wanted to give a huge "shout out" to Narelle. She sold us our outdoor furniture on Sunday and organized for it to be it delivered on Monday. Only problem was they were in 3 huge boxes which the delivery guys would not help us unpack. My husband is 81 and I'm 74 so I phoned Narelle and she came to our home and unpacked everything within 15 minutes and took all the empty boxes away with her. Totally relieved us of a huge amount of stress. She went way and above what was expected and we really appreciated it. We would never have been able to do it ourselves. You have a wonderful staff member in Narelle and we would recommend her to everyone. Thank you. Carolyn Warner

The Furniture Shack Helensvale, great store with stock that has a differentiator about it. Great staff, great service, not pushy, let you take your time, there to help when you want them, Tara is one of the best, cannot do enough to help you. They are on your side to help you get the best deal on what you want to buy. My wife and I have been back twice to update our patio furniture, could not be happier. What a great store! I was served by Tara who gave me great advice, helped me pick out some co-ordinating accessories (great eye!) and was very knowledgeable about how to look after and clean my purchases when necessary. There’s nothing better than great customer service and I will recommend this store to everyone.

We purchased the Maldives 9 PC dining suite (over $3000) from the Helensvale store on the 22nd Feb 2018. We were asked by the sales lady Renee if we think the outdoor dining table would fit through out front door or if we would prefer for it to be built at our house instead. We said we would prefer for the table to be built at our house.
On 9th March we had the outdoor dining table and chairs delivered (table was already built when it came off the truck), luckily it fit through our front door. However upon inspection, after delivery the chairs were in dreadful condition. Very scratched and filthy. We decided to visit the store that afternoon to find out what happened.
A young lady who we explained our situation to, told us that we were given the display chairs from in store and a table that has been in storage that was someone else’s lay-by table because the container hasn’t arrived yet.
We asked why we were simply not contacted to advise that the container was late and we would have been happy to just wait for the container, however she went on to say she didn’t make the sale so it wasn’t her decision. After playing the blame game for a little while the lady advised she would contact us towards the end of the March to advise how far away the container would be with our brand new table and chairs. I had to follow up myself where the chairs were at the end of March and we were told the replacement chairs would be another 4 weeks away and we would be contacted at the end of April. Again I had to follow up at the end of April to check on the replacement chairs, at that point we were told they had arrived and they would be delivered. We have received them now but waiting over 3 months. Appalling customer service, no-one will take responsibility, we received one very casual apology and thats it. Will never ever shop there again and have shared my story with friends and family.

Fantastic products at a great price. Very happy with our new setting and the help we had in choosing it, we will definitely be back!
