Thea at Aspley was absolutely wonderful. Friendly and helpful and made the shopping experience a pleasure. Even though the shop was busy with other customers she gave us full attention while reassuring others that she would be with them soon. An absolute asset to the company!

Chloe T went that extra mile I searching out a pair of patio chairs. We had already purchased two and were informed by one member of staff. The items were no longer in stock. Haven spoken with Chloe, she sourced what we wanted, even better she arranged delivery. I would certainly seek out Chloe again. She’s a star.

I shopped at the Capalaba store. Bought a pool umbrella and had issues with it past it’s warranty period. Am so thankful to the store manager Julie who has personally invested her time to get the issue sorted for me. Exemplary customer service.

I cannot fault the customer service at Furniture Shack, Aspley store especially Thea who has gone above and beyond to assist me with dealing with warranty claim with another company. Thea has continue to assist me with the claim, personally getting involved with the other company's representative to ensure that I am 100% happy.

Great service from the team, especially Laura. After many weeks my Teardrop Hanging Chairs arrived. One had wicker hanging out all over the place. Laura went out of her way to help me, as did the other lady (Janet I think) & had it replaced

My wife and I have recently been searching for outdoor furniture to complete our new pergola extension. We had a rough idea but didn’t really know what we wanted until we spoke with an amazing sales lady named Catherine from the Aspley based Furniture Shack.
We are absolutely wrapped with the time, the advice, and the service that Cath has given us.needless to say how happy we are now to be relaxing on our new (and so comfortable) outdoor lounge that we decided to purchase from the furniture shack thanks to her.
I cannot write this review without saying that there needs to be more sales people who care about and respond to their customers the way that Cath has done for us. We so much appreciate it and you will always be known to us as ‘our favourite sales lady’. Many Thanks Catherine!

I went in to your Aspley store and it was so busy. Lovely Catherine was excellent and served a few people at the same time. She did a wonderful job and all the customers were very accommodating and we all waited our turn knowing she was going flat out. She was so happy and had a great disposition. The staff at Aspley are amazing. When we were looking for an outdoor rug they were very helpful and managed to source one for us from another store. They kept us informed about the progress of our order and were very obliging. Love our new outdoor rug which sets off our outdoor living space. Many thanks.

I went in to the store to purchase a very specific outdoor three seater that I couldn't find anywhere else. Thea helped me out and went way above and beyond what would be expected of her. Highly recommended if you're looking for great help. Somebody please give Thea a raise!

I received efficient, knowledgable service from Thea, and would have no hesitation in recommending others.

Two problems were easily overcome with the help of the people at the Aspley store. We paid up front for the new furniture but needed storage for a month until the old suite was sold. Granted. Then, there was doubt that one of our new items might not make it through a tight doorway, so the store owner helped with preparing a cardboard template that allowed a "trial run" which proved that it was indeed possible.

My husband Glenn and I have made numerous purchases from your Logan Furniture Shack store and we would like to acknowledge particularly Keryn, Laura, Joanna and Jacinta for their exceptional customer service and kindness. The friendliness and helpfulness they showed was so greatly appreciated and which is why we always go back. Thank you girls.
