The Fox's Pantry

Stumbled accidentally across the Fox’s Pantry today on the way to the airport, had their Satay Chicken wrap and it was one of the best wraps I’ve ever had! So fresh and tasty. A great little find worth stopping at!

This place is great for trying new products! The range they have is like no other store on the coast in my opinion. Very pricy but that’s what we are expected to pay these days. I go here for a treat now and then can’t wait for the extension to be finished. Well done!

This is every healthy foodie’s dream come true for late night desserts or snacks. Some things are a bit expensive - but at that time of day or night I often don’t mind

Wow what a servo! Had some international guests staying with us who went to the fox every day (once 3 times in one day) for a special treat. Wonderful staff, incredible healthy selections!

Stopped here last weekend loved the stock inside this store was amazing for a small space! Friendly service, ordered a coffee unfortunately, the coffee beans were too bitter for me. (FYI Not made incorrectly just the type of coffee beans)

OoomyGoodness, strolled into this little Beauty if your in the area check these guys up, snacks, IncreBOMB, dips, cheese so many varieties it so hard to choose (perfect for picnics goodies for down the beach), crackers, or get a pie? , toasted sandwich, I got the Absolute Roasted Veggies OMYGOODNESS so Delicious. It's a petrol station as well, best petrol I've been too & I've been around 45yrs. Well done Crew be very Proud indeed. Friendly service, coffee delissshh, juice, all your well being needs health wise. Gorgeous variety of flowers as well. So glad I pop in, will be back again next trip down to Byron. Cheers Guys

I disagree about the comments saying there was bad customer service, the people who served me were great-8: 30pm and they were as chirpy as song birds. And of course it's such a joy going to buy something as mundane as petrol and discovering something so upscale and well- thought out in terms of merchandise. Doesn't seem to match the ethos of a gas station.we are certainly living in interesting times.

Beyond disappointed.
Like another customers reviews stated- this is in relation to the Dave Hughes look alike (refused to give me his name)
I come here almost everyday/night and spend quite a lot of money here supporting this lovely business and usually all the staff are lovely, except one guy who seems to have some personal vendetta against me and treats me with nothing but a condescending manor and absolute disrespect. I couldn’t take one more interaction like this from this man. He threw some sarcasm at me after questioning me telling him what a price of a product was in the window of the cakes fridge and even walked out from behind the counter to “make sure I wasn’t lying” so upsetting and appalling. I stood there for 15 minutes as he looked through the screen for the item and couldn’t find it, he then said “I thought you wanted something else? ” Very rudely and sarcastically, as if to question why I was just standing there, I explained that I did want something else but it was also in the fridge and I was waiting for him, and said there’s no need for sarcasm, and he said the same thing back. I’d had enough. I told him I’m sick of him treating me terribly every time I go there and it’s just him on, and asked if one of the other lovely boys could serve but unfortunately the other had gone home. I asked for his name and he said “I don’t have to tell you that, get out” and kept repeating “get out”.
I absolutely love this place and rave on about it to everyone and can’t recommend it enough. But after this experience and the tones of others from this one employee I don’t think I’ll return. Very upset.

Great products and food but a shame the don't bother with masks nor check ins. You'd figure a place that sells so much health food would want to keep their customers healthy.

Dude working this morning, (Dave Hughes lookalike) always has a attitude. Love the place and absolutely every staff member, but cannot stand this guys attitude every time I come in. Getting ridiculous, love it here but might need a new spot, ain’t nobody got time for bs.

Not your regular convenience store!
Great range of organic and local produce and products, amazing range of sandwiches including plenty of vegetarian options and as it couldn’t be different for a place like this: great coffee!

Service is friendly and you can see it’s a family business: would give 11 stars if I could.

This is a 24/7 business (one of the few in the whole Gold Coast and the ONLY where you can find good eats and coffee overnight), so please be understanding if the service you got at 3am wasn’t the greatest, it’s hard to find staff to work 8am-5pm imagine finding a barista to do the graveyard shift!

Be thankful you have this place open in the GC because down in Sydney we have nothing of this level past 9pm.

The loveliest staff and amazing matcha latte! The variety of sandwiches and food in store is amazing and so convenient for your quick one stop shop!

Best range of alternative food and gear I've ever seen in a petrol station - seriously impressive

Can't believe I've been living on the GC for this long and didn't know this absolute gem existed! This is no ordinary BP, yes fill up your petrol, but then be able to fill your basket with the best local produce, organic goods and health foods. Not only that - amazing coffees, sandwiches and raw treats! The staff are amazing - they go above and beyond for their customers. I am now popping in here nearly every day!
I'm sad to see such negative comments, which clearly are not from people who have even been in the store. Keep shining bright Fox's Pantry!

This place is much more than I ever expected for a 'BP' the staff are always so kind and helpful- they stock the best of the best products fro household to the best health and wellness products. Its a safe place for your freedom. WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR ALL MY ESSENTIAL ITEMS. Thank you team for keeping alive such a beautiful place.

BEST FOOD BEST SERVICE AND NICEST FAMILY BUSINESS AROUND.a lot of the negative comments are from people making it up due to the latest media. They don’t have to wear masks as they aren’t approaching customers due to the bench between them and the public. If you are one of these nasty people giving 1 star due to a media report that has nothing to do with you shame on you. This is a family business and there financial stability. I’ll continue to go here daily as much as I can and anyone who knows this place knows they are absolute legends and the products, staff and everything else is beyond amazing.
