I asked for a rather odd item to be added to a flower arrangement I had ordered and Mandy has gone above and beyond expectations to get the delivery and gift sent to my friend. I hope she understands how much I appreciate this and I know it will put a smile on my friends face - Thanks Mandy xx

Life savers! Thank you so much for saving the day! I stupidly went elsewhere to have my buttonholes made and that florist called me the DAY BEFORE my wedding to tell me their florist was ill and so they were unable to make my buttonholes.

One call to The Flower Man in Ascot and all was sorted within a few minutes! And when I picked them up, they were absolutely stunning! I was so overwhelmed by the time I had picked them up, I asked if I was to store them in the oven! Haha. The lovely store assistant giggled with me and confirmed they should be in the fridge, not the oven.

Cute boutique Coffee house. Loved the scones and jam. Beautiful little spot opposite the part. Great after school meets for mums or dad's.

Brilliant service, I left my order late in the day and they managed to have the flowers ready in under half an hour, thank you, I'll be back.

The customer service is incredible! We had a little hiccup with the address, however, they were straight onto rectifying this one and had it sorted with the utmost priority!

Here is a copy of the email I sent these people a couple of weeks ago. Got no response so I'm posting my comment to the website.
"Pretty unimpressed with the flowers you delivered to my sister in hospital. Apparently the White jerberas were wilted the morning after arrival and all the others were just about dead when I went to visit on Saturday, despite other family members making sure they weren't dry in the meantime. The arrangement looked like a poor relation of the picture on your website I thought I was ordering.
Won't be ordering flowers from you people again or recommending you"
I sent them a photo of the pathetic arrangement, alongside the website picture it was supposed to look like. Laughable. Avoid this mob at all costs.

I was delighted with the helpful assistant in this florist shop. With some patience, he was able to help me decide what I was looking for. I went in not knowing what I wanted and came out with the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I've ever seen. I was happy with the variety of flowers on offer which were fresh and of exceptional quality. The shop was easy to access and I had no trouble parking nearby. A happy customer.
