The Flower Farm Birkdale Flowers

Was my mums birthday today and I live in New Zealand, the first person I found to pick up the phone in Queensland and I believe it was for a reason) I’m so happy with the service I received friendly gentlemen answered the phone and I left him in charge to pick out a beautiful bunch he also filled a card in for me too and she got her flowers same day and quickly she was so pleased. Highly impressed and will most definitely be returning here again.

I ordered flowers for my I’ll friend and she sent this on receiving them “Thank you so much for the flowers, they are magnificent”.

The lady who helped me order flowers over the phone did a great job describing what they had. I was a little nervous ordering with out seeing. The flowers were perfectly described. They were perfectly wrapped for protection with plenty of water. The delivery driver was very nice. I could not have asked for a better arrangement. I will be definitely be using there service again without hesitation. I highly recommend them for your flowers.

I want to acknowledge the amazing service I received from the delivery guy who delivers the flowers for the flower farm. I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from this business yesterday. I was out when the delivery guy came to deliver the flowers and there wasn't a shady spot for him to leave them at the front door area. So he called me on my mobile phone to let me know he had delivered the flowers, but was concerned he had to leave them in the sun and asked how long it would be before I got home. I called my neighbour and she kindly took the flowers to her place until I got home. I believe that this delivery guy went above and beyond in what he did and he showed me how much he cares about not only delivering beautiful flowers, but also leaving them in a safe and shaded place. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and customer care

Ordered flowers online for local delivery and they did a fantastic job! The ordering process was easy and the pricing is on par with other florists. The flowers delivered were absolutely beautiful, fresh and bright. Good communication throughout process, too. Will definitely use again, thank you!

Flowers are fresh and attractive.

Public holidays (ie Christmas) mean that the prices will change for the bunches as would be expected. Away from those times it is good value for money.

From the customer service to the flowers themselves, I can’t say my experience with Birkdale Flowers will have me going back, unfortunately.
When I entered the store, I was the only customer and as I stood at the counter, it was as though I was completely invisible while the two staff on the other side talked shop without even acknowledging me in front of them. Other staff came and went, all while I stood waiting to be served. After five minutes I was finally acknowledged and asked how they can help.
I purchased an arrangement including Roses and Lillies for my partner’s Birthday, as Lillies are her favourite flower.
Six days after purchase, the photos (attached) show that most of the Lillies have died rather than opened, while being kept in a cool environment. The Roses also look very very sad.
I can only compare this arrangement to a similar one I purchased from another local farm which thrived and looked magnificent still over two week later while receiving the same care and water.
Trying to support locals, I thought I would give these people a go, but sadly they have lost my confidence in overall service and product. I will not return to them again and will be sure to get my future arrangements from the other local farm.

Living in Perth & wanting to shop local in Birkdale area, I could not recommend highly enough the Flower Fam.
The very helpful staff made ordering so easy and the end result was perfect for my elderly aunt (in Birkdale). She was so happy with them.
I was impressed by the layer of flowers, as some go past their best, there are lilies to take their place.
Highly recommended their services.

Lovely place to get your flowers! Staff member was so helpful when I explained why I needed flowers. Prices are good and love being able to help a local buiseness. Will go again for sure! But under happier circumstances. Thank you for your help
