Very disappointing. Over promised and underwhelmingly delivered.
About a year ago, I was seeking an holistic e-marketing strategy which they were very confident in delivering. Unfortunately I had 3 account managers within 3 months so the quality of work was off-brand and inconsistent month-to-month. Lots of promises to improve but never did. They did offer one months free work as compensation as a last ditch attempt to rectify the poor quality work to date. Unfortunately it was just another month of bad work.
Don't waste your precious time or money with CC. I have now found much better agencies & individuals to work with.

We are still to this day correcting back end issues from a website build that was started and never completed 2 years ago. We had to use another company to finish the job because the creative Yvette would not listen to our feedback in aligning the website to our brand. Over deliver and underpromise. My business partners review was reported and removed. The $7k wasn't as bad as the wasted time, energy, and long term headaches.
