Absolutely love this gym! Their facility is amazing, with a variety of free classes for members. You can tell when you walk in that they care about their members. Everything is set up so well with high quality equipment and facilities on site. It was always a joy to go here, and I especially loved the store on site. It made everything so much easier. Will definitely miss The Cave!

I used to worry about feeling like I "didn't belong" in a gym, much less a big professional gym, and this was the first one I really felt like I could relax in! Honestly, go check it out and you will not regret it. The equipment range is comprehensive to suit every need, the staff could not be more friendly, the atmosphere was wonderful, fun and welcoming. The trainers are excited to help you on your journey no matter what your goals with no judgement, just support and the place has the best environment anyone could ask for with a heap of additional wellness facilities so you get a full wellness experience. Oh! Get a body scan when you join and you can watch your progress as you go and see how your body composition is changing over time! Also if you just wanna get in, get your workout done and get out, no one will bother you and you can be as engaged or invisible as you like. Best gym in Toowoomba hands down!

Over the years, I have been a member of various gyms - usually for only a year or two. I have been a member of The Cave Gym since 2019 - the longest I have ever stayed at one fitness facility. I have always felt welcome at The Cave, and have never felt judgement from anyone. Highly recommend The Cave (and its 24/7 reformer pilates!)

With equipment to suit both bodybuilding, power lifting, and everything in between this gym has it all. The staff are very approachable and willing to help any way they can, and they have the best trainer's in toowoomba. The gym also comes with a sono and ice bath for recovery and a tanning booth to give you that health glow.

Love the vibe of this gym the classes are awesome, ice bath inferred sauna. Reformer pilates, yoga weight classes friendly staff can't go wrong.

I’m pretty new to this gym, all the instructors have been so lovely, welcoming and caring, they have adjusted the classes to suit my dodgy knee. We also seem to have a laugh in the class while we are working hard, so it makes getting up early worth it. The facility are very clean there is a lot to use. Had a little trouble with my fob at the start however the stuff were helpful sorting it out.

Great facility but not enough parking. I’m convinced that whoever signed this off in council was buddies with the owner. There’s no way a facility this big only needs 20 parking spaces. People need to park illegally just to get in during peak time and many have already received fines for doing so. Too top it off there doesn’t appear to be a cap on membership because during peak times it’s hard to get to equipment. Most of the time there is about 20 to 30 teenagers sitting around in groups on their phones or just mucking around on equipment while people who are there to train are forced to go without.

Love to visit this gym whenever I’m in Toowoomba! The facilities are fantastic, and it’s also got a really positive and supportive vibe. I didn’t have high expectations for the rock wall and I was pleasantly surprised! Good sets and they have hangboards for even more climbing training.

Equipment is great, staff are friendly and are very welcoming. I took one star off for the parking situation, it sucks. There isn’t enough parks for how many members they have and at peak times it’s almost impossible to find a park. Can be really dangerous with little kids too trying to cross the road. When it’s not at peak times it’s great though.

This gym is absolutely awesome, the people are so sweet and the equipment is perfect, it’s only tough bc I’m too young to stay without a adult

Fantastic gym with a huge variety in equipment. Having a proper boulder wall for climbing on is an added bonus. Warm and friendly staff.

Awesome gym! Heaps on offer, with nice equipments, a great retail/supplement shop and rock climbing space. Great value for the money. Highly recommended

Love love love the Cave Gym! The only gym I feel completely comfortable and confident in - Mandee, Ireland and the team have absolutely changed my life. I’ve never felt so welcomed or supported in any other fitness facility - the Cave is truly a close knit community like no other!

My favourite gym in Toowoomba! The atmosphere is great and I can definitely say I have the best personal trainer hands down! Everyone is super friendly and lovely. The amenities are also fantastic and very well kept ️
