The Butcher Shoppe

I love this Butcher! The quality of meat is fabulous, the pre-prepared meals (including the chicken enchiladas and mini chicken roasts) are excellent quality and they are happy to discuss any special orders you might need (I needed a 5kg rolled rib fillet to be roasted). Their advice on how to cook it so that it was it’s most tender was spot on. I even love their in-store music. Thanks so much for uplifting Cannon Hill Shopping Centre.

Drove from Thornlands on recommendation and was not disappointed. Excellent selection, quality, and staff. Stopped in for two custom-cut 50mm t-bones that were perfect. Beautifully aged, great marbling and once they were grilled up medium rare, melted in our mouths with a deep, rich flavour. Three people.somehow.ate all 1.5 kilos of it. Will be our go-to butcher from now on.

Excellent butcher shop! The bacon is to die for, stocks a wide range of really good quality products at prices which are extremely competitive. The only criticism I can provide (and I really had to look for something) is that some of the younger staff don't have a good knowledge of the products (however, in fairness, the range of products is huge). I would be embarrassed to be seen buying meat from Woolworths or Coles now, this place has spoiled me!

Award winning third generation butcher shop. This is a very professional business, operated by highly knowledgeable staff. This little gem is hidden in the Cannon Hill Central Shopping Centre. Their products are top quality without the high price tag.

Got a heap of meat and a couple of meat trays for a work function Great service, great meat. Staff went out of their way to help. Thanks we will be back.
