Nice beer garden, staff were great, but food wasn't great. Pork ribs didn't seem BBQ'd at all, just like they were roasted with no seasoning, rub or marinade, then put a drizzle of BBQ sauce on, dry and tasteless. Steak was better, but red wine jus was like packet gravy.

It’s awful don’t go there. Bar staff are so judgemental & jealous, stay away & go elsewhere it’s disgusting how your treated actually

Had Christmas Day lunch at the Brunswick Hotel today, and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was superb and the atmosphere, and service from the staff was excellent and faultless. I will DEFINITELY be back for Christmas lunch 2023. Well done team Brunswick! ! !

Came here for lunch with some friends and Kalika is so welcoming, kind, attentive and helpful, definitely the kind of person who makes you want to come back just to support them!:) works above and beyond and you can see it.thanks!

Great meal, nice fast service time very much appreciated as we were on the move a bit. Kalika served us and was excellent, totally on top of everything and had a good little chat.

Great pub, good food and service.will be going back. Very friendly and quick to assist you with anything to feel more comfortable Saturday night karaoke from 9 till midnight. An Irish band with talented musicians that inflicts wonderfully played out Irish tune Saturday afternoon. The staff are awesome and very attentive to all customers and regulars that are always there to greet new visitors with story's and pointers on how to pick a winner at the tab, it's a go to pub who just looking for a quiet bristro/bar /pokies / I highly recommend the Brunswick hotel to anyone who's looking for a social gathering with a ice cold beer and place a bet on your favorite TAB race losing TAB tickets go into a draw for a meat tray every Saturday or just a simple game of keno better yet a free game of pool with mates or one of the locals and rooms to rent out overnight or weekly I believe for them tourists passing through or to intoxicated to get yourself home. Everything that gives a hard working man and woman to head to after work to unwind before going home and dealing with a complaining wife or husband or screaming kids.
JUST TO NAME A FEW REASONS TO NOT WALK PAST THE BRUNSWICK HOTEL WITHOUT STOPPING IN AND SAYING HELLO AND APPRECIATE AND EXPERIENCE WHAT TAKE AWAY FROM MY LOCAL PUB?

Parmy is always delicious. A good selection of beers on tap. Sad to see it so quiet on a Thursday/Friday night. Definitely worth a stop by for a feed before a night out.

Service was great, we had a last minute party of 8 for dinner and the host Kalika really looked after us. We will be back.

Came here at 7pm TAB was closed. Friendly staff. Small pokies room. Venue parking. Generic pub minus the pool tables & TAB. Won’t rush back here.

Paul and Eve are horrible people to deal with. Why would anyone put such nasty unprofessional people in charge of anything? The head chef cooks old food and just lacks creativity in general, also has a mouth on her and should be locked away from customers. The rest of the staff try to make up for the others and deserve so much better. Always homeless in the pokies room and smoking areas asking for money or stealing bags. Avoid this bar, do not book functions or events here. Not a safe or friendly place to visit or work!

Entrees were great steak was not cooked to our liking and there were 8 of us having steak medium is not being undercooked we were not happy it was my birthday celebration and that ruined it with steaks undercooked would definitely not go back there

We dropped in for lunch. Paul was amazing, food was fantastic, great portions, tasty and well presented.
The rest of the staff were super quick and friendly.

Purchased the steak and mash. It was one of the best cooked steaksnI have had. Would recommend.

Wow, I am into the Chef Specials at the Brunswick Hotel. I have tried two of the Chef specials. Both were seafood, and both were delicious. (The grain fed rump was good too when I ordered from their standard menu, and they cooked it just the way I asked!)

Today's Fish of the day was a garlic seasoned crusted (with just the right amount of salt, mwah!) and generous serve of Salmon, served with Char-grilled eggplant, roasted tomatoes, and a potato bake with spinach and seasoned with just enough grain mustard. There were some lovely Chat potatoes perfectly cooked as well. The sauce was seasoned for some bite, and it was presented in what I felt was an artistic tribute to the face of an Atlantic Salmon, or some other worthy creature. Grab your brolly, shorts and havianas (well, they're the least slippery of my shoes) and enjoy a good value meal at the Brunswick despite the current rain.

The drinks are cold, and the service is thoughtful from friendly staff. They have big screens featuring sport, and the layout of their bistro means even when it's crowded noise levels are not unpleasant. There are well-appointed and positioned bathrooms that are always clean. They are observing their Covid rules.

The outdoor area near the front bar just of the street could use a rethink on the layout, but I think I am falling in love with this good value local!

Fantastic pub feed. Went twice last week, can’t beat the steak, chips and salad with a cheesy garlic bread starter and a jug of beer.

Absolutely outstanding service for years. We have been coming to the Brunswick for years for all sorts of occasions and sometimes just a quiet catch up with a mate. A place for all to feel included and safe.
