My experience was nothing but lovely, you always have lovely staff but this lovely blonde haired angel was so delightful to talk to & she did the most beautiful brows on me, I’m so grateful! I also received a lovely hand massage as a treat whilst they had a quiet moment. I had the best experience at the salon yesterday, thank you so much!

It was my first appointment with Courtney but not my first visit to the Brow Bar. Courtney spent time at the start of the appointment asking me questions to better understand my preferences (and not just rely on the notes in the system), which I really appreciated. Having your brows and lashes done by Anna is almost as relaxing as having a facial. Anna is gentle, professional and precise. Can’t recommend her highly enough

Excellent service and the perfect colour match! I've finally been able to achieve the result I've been looking for for years! Therapist was lovely and helpful. Very happy, I will definitely be back. Also really appreciate the juggling that happened to allow my appointment to take place after staff called in sick. Lots of effort made to accommodate the time and date I originally booked and I really appreciate that.

Beautiful atmosphere as soon as I walked in on a stinking hot day outside. Ambience was so relaxing and Alana was AMAZING! Made me feel so welcome with her quiet yet professional manner. Such a professional. She has the most gentle touch and was very careful with my eyes and lashes. At no time did I feel uncomfortable. Very helpful at the end with rebooking and recommending make up when I asked about products without the hard sell. I was happy to spend and can’t wait to go back. Well done Alana and BROW BAR!
