A great experience. Gorgeous owner Chernae was there training and supporting her already knowledgeable team and trainees with energy and expertise. I received a complementary face reading which was accurate, positive and insightful. Warm and engaged from start to finish. Prices good and environment lovely.

I previously had a fantastic experience with Donte here, she did the best brows I've ever had and was lovely.

However, today I saw a different technician, Daria, and I had a horrible experience. She was rough and pinched my skin when plucking, my eyebrows came out completely uneven and far too thin. It will take me months to regrow them and fix this. I drove an hour to come here because of how good my first experience with Donte was. I'm extremely disappointed and upset and will be embarrassed leaving the house for the foreseeable future.

The Brow Bar is second to none. It such a beautiful experience and I always feel so beautiful leaving. It’s not just a brow shop it’s an experience. Thank you Chernae, Bro and team.

The brow technician was excellent! She was friendly and accommodating to my needs and took the time to ensure I was happy with the result. Would definitely recommend. I’ve been coming to the Brow Bar Paddington (QLD) for years and they have consistently provided outstanding service.

My wife made a booking and paid a deposit. Turned up this morning and staff told her she had no booking. My wife then showed them the confirmation email with all the booking details - time, location, deposit paid. All correct. And they said nothing they could do. Couldn’t fit her in. Just refunded deposit and left her in the lurch.
Everyone makes mistakes, and that doesn’t deserve a bad review. But having the opportunity to rectify and taking a “not my problem” attitude, does.
Don’t count on your booking and deposit as having a guaranteed “booking”.
