Such an incredible experience with exquisite dresses! I had my bridal appointment with Alesha this afternoon and she went above and beyond to find my perfect dress. She was so honest about cost, alterations, time frames and the entire process along the way. Alesha was so patient as I was trying and re-trying dresses and did an excellent job of fitting them to my shape so I could get a real feel of how the dress will sit. After seeing my style she picked out the most incredible dress that was perfect for me and had everything I was looking for and more!
They have a stunning range of unique dresses and styles and great prices! I couldn’t recommend Alesha and The Bridal Company enough!

I got my wedding dress from here and it was stunning! The staff made me feel so comfortable trying on dresses and picking my dress up. My dress was under $1000 and it was absolutely beautiful.

Would certainly recommend the Bridal Company to anyone lookong for their dream wedding dress! There were so many beautiful dresses to choose from, and I am so in love with the dress I chose. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Very professional and Tess knew instantly the style I was after. Thank you for making the experience so special and fun.

Absolutely wonderful… Tess was fantastic with helping me pick the perfect wedding dress and made me feel like a million dollars… In fact… all the staff are so lovely and helpful… I was upset from a different experience from a different bridal shop and was very teary… but Tess gave me a hug and ensured me that she will look after me and she was true to her word. I now have the perfect dress… I can say with all honesty that if you are looking for a dress for a wedding, bridesmaids dress, formal dress… (you get the picture) then The Bridal Company is the place to go… Thank you so much ladies… you are all diamond amongst cubic zirconias…

The website isn’t clear that you need to book an appointment and there’s no booking system to do so - just a phone call. They put lots of pressure on with my ordering date and wouldn’t let me take a photo in the dresses I tried on even though I came alone. Pretty disappointing experience honestly.

Absolutely lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We had rung to make an appointment same day as we came across the company by accident. Alicia looked after us and we found the perfect wedding dress for our daughter. Thank you so much. Highly recommend

After ages feeling like I would never find my dream wedding dress, I did here! Aisha and the other ladies were so friendly and helpful. They had many different dresses, in many different sizes! It felt like I could actually try my size on! Cannot recommend here enough x

Absolutely the BEST bridal / formal store I've been too! Staff were beyond helpful. Thank you to Alisha, as your help to find me the perfect dress was second to none. All staff were genuinely happy to be there, which made the atmosphere even better. If you're looking for a wedding or formal dress, or brideamaids dress, you need to shop here!

Very good service! They helped out a lot with finding dresses. Mikayla was very very nice and helped alot.

Although a booking is needed and it doesn't say on the website. To make the booking you have to call in.

A massive shout out to Bella from The Bridal Company. As a bride trying on coloured gowns, no one took me seriously but Bella and the entire crew made me feel like a bride. She was attentive, helpful and brought all of our moods up. I bought my dress there on the spot and I'm so excited! Thank you the Bridal Company team, you've made this bride very happy.

Ella is THE most beautiful helpful lady I’ve ever met! The first dress I tried on I loved and was happy to purchase although she still let me try another 5 or so dress’s ‘just incase’ I liked another style which I was so glad I had tried, I ended up purchasing the first dress but atleast I won’t think back that u should’ve tried other styles I am 100% happy with my decision. I also had my 4 year old daughter with me as she had the day off kindy the day of my apt which I was stressed about and nearly cancelled, but Ella made my stress go away got my daughter a bottle of water and played with her and even put a veil on my daughter to keep her happy and feel included. I couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else, highly recommend the dress’s, the quality & the staff. My dress arrives in June will update once it arrives

Just picked up my formal dress from The Bridal Company! From the start of the process all the way to the finish I had a great experience. All the girls are so so lovely and easy to deal with. A great variety of beautiful dresses. I definitely recommend visiting The Bridal Company they won’t disappoint!?

First time trying on dresses so a bit nervous about what would suit. Alisha was absolutely wonderful, really friendly and helped me with so many options and choices. Would 100% recommend the bridal company to anyway, the range of dresses is excellent and super affordable. The showroom is really light and airy and comfortable to try the dresses on.

Loved every bit of my experience with The Bridal Company. From the moment I rung to book my appointment right through to the very end, the whole team went above and beyond and were so lovely to deal with. A huge thank you to the wonderful Alisha for being an absolute gem in helping me say yes to the dress! She was so patient and kind, and made me feel so comfortable. Jodie and Ella were legends too. Their new showroom was gorgeous with soooo many different bridal dresses to choose from and the dedicated try on area was nice and intimate too. Highly recommended.
