The Biltong & Jerky Shop Moorooka

The worst experience I have ever had. I was promised items for a week. Phoned the store 3 times. One of the owner’s told me he would organise for the items to be delivered directly to my home in 3 hours. Never arrived. The next day my son drove out to the shop and collected the items in person.
Do not buy anything online from here.
Very unprofessional.

Purchased items online over a month ago, contacted the store a week after the order was placed got told they would personally deliver the items and refund my money that was 3 weeks ago! Never happened! I have contacted the ACCC, I have also taken this up with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading
Absolute lier and scammer!

The single worst customer service on the internet. Please don't advertise that you have products and can send them if
a: you don't actually have the products
b: you don't send them
c: you don't answer any emails or calls regarding the internet order
d: you are total fraudsters as you appear to be.

One of the best biltongs in Brisbane! The meat is very high quality and the flavor is amazing. Staff were very helpful, will definitely return soon.

Worst customer service short of a scam!

Purchased products online and never received items.

Still waiting and it has been 3 weeks despite paying for postage which was additional to the purchase price and despite the fact that we live locally in Brisbane which shouldn't take 3 weeks for local post.

After several unanswered calls and texts finally spoke to someone who said items were in post but provided no tracking number and no guarantees.

Would not recommend buying items from this business.

Would report this to ACCC for non performance.

Placed an order online 25th September and it still hasn't arrived. Getting no response to emails and messages sent on the website and my calls aren't being answered.

Hands down the best biltong and droewors in Brisbane. The owner understand customer service, have great conversations and is extremely generous. His prices are so reasonable. We live in the outback and I never miss this shop on our way back from Brisbane.
If you buy here once you’ll be a regular for life. If I lived in the northern suburbs I would drive down to this shop in a heart beat. Stocking a lot of South African products as well.

Popped in today and to pick up some South African goodies for Fathers day. I met Enzo and his dad and they were lovely! Really helpful and friendly. They had a big range of products to choose from and would even contact me for things they were waiting on.
Will definitely be back!

Eventhough there are biltong shopsthat are much closer to our house, I would rather drive a bit further as they have the best tasting biltong in Queensland! The owner/staff are the nicest people you will meet. Highly recommended ️

I never received my order, have been promised a refund but that didn't happen either. Put my order in the 17th of March. They keep making promises but nothing happens. Very dissapointing!
