1hr drive to get there and the gates we're locked.
Website said open until 1.30pm Easter Saturday.

My God, I know where I'm going for my next project, they have a huge range of repurposed timber and other assortments. You could take weeks to see all they have. And there prices are very reasonable.

I'm a woodworker and appreciate the weathered look if you also appreciate this could be the place for you. Very tidy for a recycling place but expensive.

If you have a wood project, this place will have the wood. A ton of great looking slabs, plus old flooring, huge beams and just about anything you could want in the recycled wood department.

Easy to use service, helpful, quick and easy if you done your part like counted items and give them the list you're out of there in 5 minutes that's what it takes me love it quick cash

The staff at the Big Red Shed are very helpful and freindly when taking you're recycled cans and bottles and exchanging for $$$ Also some very cool items for sale in the shop, made from recycled wood by a very artistically talented individual.

THEIFS AND RUDE
I am a regular there till today.
I took my stuff in which I usually pick up on my bush walks to clean the environment.
When I was being serviced the Forman walks over and tells them to tip my bottles but they won't be counted because they have no label.none of the bottles that I have ever taken in have had labels because I am getting them from the bush.
I didn't get the bottles back or get paid for them but they took them still which means they get paid for them.
They blatantly ripped me off. Then told me it was my problem.
So I sent an email to the ombudsman.

Best place in the area to go for the drink container refunds. Much easier to deal with that the blue box at Home base and you get cash on the spot.

Very bad service with recycling centre, it's confusing and tell we must take the caps off the plastic bottles. The others recycling place do not need too!

The young men who counted my bottles etc were excellent. The man who drove the forklift leaves a lot to desire about customer service.

If you’ve made the ethical, environmental and financial decision to collect and return containers for a small fee, this is the place to go.

Most importantly they’re able to receive crushed cans. Any hobbiest in the game knows how much space can slowly disappear when trying to achieve a return on effort that justifies starting the car and making the trip to return your collection, let alone make enough to allow the kids to get a couple of milkos from the corner store.

Generous people counters and a top notch spot to return some containers.

Busy busy busy. Have your stuff sorted to save everyone's time. Can glass plastics and them green glass +plastic seperated

They pay much less, as they weight & not count as per the government system & this ends up by paying us at least 50% less & this is considered roberry

Visited to reclaim recycling deposit. Not an ideal setup on a busy day, but better than Lifeline stores for sure. They count then & there, & give cash on site.

Very very busy particularly with the recycling station. Staff are friendly given they work in extreme heat.

Containers for change scheme at this business is easy, quick + friendly they made our first trip a good one.

The guys there were really friendly and polite! Our first time there and we weren't aware to take the lids off the bottles but they were super helpful! Thank you for making it an easy experience! Will head back when we build up our bottle collection again!
