The restaurant meals were delicious with generous serves, would definitely visit again. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great food and drinks, great service. It's definitely worth a visit when you visit Hervey Bay. Steak and garlic prawn topper was cooked well and tasted great. Beef cheek was extremely tender and flavourful.

Great food, great staff, great atmosphere, caught up with some friends who we haven't seen for 25 years & had a great time with them.

King Prawn chilli pasta is devine as is the steak sandwich.
The pizzas are delicious as well.

Not my choice in town but can see the appeal, wasn't to crowded on this occasion.
Better for adults going for a drink and lunch on weekday than Saturday night unless you are looking to hang with kids getting sloppy and wet bathrooms.

Can rely on them for a great feed with plenty to choose from on the menu. Another highlight is the live entertainment most of the time from local performers. A nice place to chill!

We love coming to the beach house the meals are great and are always consistent the wait staff and behind house staff are a credit to the proprietor, the only criticism I find is that the tables are very close and you feel you are sharing your meal with the next table especially the 2 seaters

Was a beautiful day Saturday and headed to The Beach House Hotel for a family lunch.

Got drinks at the bar and my post mix and another’s glass tasted like beer, like the glasses hadn’t been washed properly. The Bar Manager replaced them no worries.

Ordered the chicken burger which was soooo yummy and as I was commenting on how good it tasted I looked at what was rest of my burger and saw a long hair that had been melted on to the cheese in the middle. Sadly this put me off eating the rest of it.

The venue refunded the cost of the meal but I was so sad I couldn’t finish it as it was really tasty.

Ordered a vegetarian penae and it can out with bacon! The meal was brought back to the counter with a complaint and apologies were given along with the option for a refund or reorder.
As my wife was hungry and it was my 11 year old's birthday, I saw fit for the re order.
The second meal was brought out shortly after, this time with chicken.
The manager was called and he approached with the argumentative attitude of a teenager and no ability to offer any resolve other than a refund.
To lead is to accept responsibility and to make an attempt to better your team.

Chicken Schnitzel: dry, no seasoning. Roasted Chicken: dry, seasoning missing. Seafood Busket: OK, again not enough souce, but an OK service in generally

My brother had his 21st at this venue and it's a beautiful hotel.
The staff are amazing, the food even more amazing. The band downstairs were really great too. Absolutely recommended going here especially for a function

Really good food, better than the average pub. Service is good and there are plenty of different areas to sit. Really like the place.

Food (steak sandwich was best I've ever had) and service was amazing! However little concerned on entering we had no sanitizer or no check-in for covid safe plan and definately no social distancing in place. We passed 2 staff members as entering who just said hi no other words were spoken.

Food was great. Service was great. Great atmosphere. This is one of the better places that understands how to behave to it's customers. Hopefully they will maintain their standards as an exemplar to other food venues.

Chicken parmy was not over tomato sauced, and not dry. Very good. Bar staff right with you to order drinks.hardly any waiting. TAB staff very quick and service with a smile.

Great creamy pasta and seafood platter. Some confusion with order they gave us a voucher for cost of meal to make up for it.

I've visited this hotel years ago and the changes they have made is just amazing. Very modern now and when we were there for dinner it was quite busy. But I must say the staff handled the service of the crowd in a very professional and friendly manor. We had the platter for two which had the ribs, wings and other types of meat. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back to try something else on the menu. Good work everyone and thank you.

Amazing food. Service was good too. They were so busy Saturday night with bookings and a function but still catered to us with no reservation and the meals were delivered as quick as if no one else was there! 5

We ordered a seafood tasting plate for some $32 odd dollars and was served a plate of supermarket frozen Calamari (4 pieces) 1 bartered slice of what was labeled Barramundi?
2 discussing scallop Mornet.
The only decent part were the 2 fresh oysters.
Such a wonderfull location & service but the quizene is questionable.

Nice place and great food. Lively and can be crowded at times so best to book a table. It's pretty expensive so I wouldn't reccomend for a small budget dinner
