How can you not love this gem of a place, makes you wish you worked there. I’ve been going to Skip for about a year whenever I have some spare money to spend on Vinyl. Such a good friendly vibe the moment you walk in no matter if you were in there yesterday or 4 months ago Skip always greets you with a smile like you’re a friend from way back and it’s that kind of attitude that makes me want to keep returning. Cannot say enough kind things about Stash so you’ll just have to take my review and go find out yourself

Some selected vintage audio equipment for the Hifi enthusiast, a little music Memrobillia and some rare collectibles make for a great ambience.
Skippa has knowleage of a large cross section of musical genres and has built a store that punches well above its weight for a smaller independent store.

Stash has a great selection of vinyl, Skip and Bree also have an amazing knowledge of the music industry. Skip has done a great job helping me find rare and hard to source albums. I would highly recommend Stash Records

Good selection of vinyl at good prices, not like the discogs overinflated crowd out there! Has a very limited selection of Kamahl, Burt Bacharach, Engelbrecht and Christmas Carol albums! If it's foot thumping and head rocking stuff, then you're in the right place. Skip does have some "chum" set aside for alternative tastes!

Bought my new stereo system yesterday from these guys.they couldn't of been more helpful, didn't blind me science or pressure me to buy.even kept the shop open so I could pick my stuff after hours.highly recommend spending your hard earned here. I stumbled across this cool little shop by utter coincidence this morning and it has definitely been the highlight of my trip to Brisbane. The manager of the shop, Stuart, was in so I chatted to him for close to an hour about DJing, turntables and all kinds of different music. He even went so far as to enquire what genres I was specifically into so he could point me in the right direction of where to go out while I was here. The shop was clean, organised, had an abundance of records and products from all different price ranges and I walked about feeling genuinely inspired and positive. If you are a music lover you will check this place out! Ask for Stuart!
