Booked a fitting previous to showing up, and they served me straight away at the desk. Millie was very pleasant to deal with, super knowledgeable and friendly. I left with the perfect pair of shoes to start my 5k running journey. The experience was overall great.

My girls and I were greeted straightaway from Katie today. She assisted in getting school shoes for our eldest and what an amazing experience! Very knowledgeable, great hints and tips with our little one’s feet and shoes.

We’ve shopped every year at this store and can’t fault it. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed to see the analytical detail from the digital side of their high tech machine.
Aside from the mumbo jumbo I got a perfect fit on a a bloody comfy shoe, very impressed guys thank you for teaching me about me.

Wow! We just had the most amazing experience at Athelete’s Foot Springfield Lakes with Ben and his team!
After 10 years of only wearing the one style of shoe, I walked out with 2 completely different brand shoes that I am thrilled with! Along with a new pair of runners for my husband and an assortment of new socks for us both. We had a great time with not only James who served us but also Katie and Ben.
It’s wonderful when you can have experts who make you feel so well looked after.

The workers were so helpful with my school child's new shoes, they were patient and told us about a guide to tying shoes for kids on their socials. Great help!

Great service. Followed my Podiatrist's prescription and also conducted proper fitting protocols. I left with 2 pairs of shoes that I am very happy with.

What an amazing team! I'm a week out from GC half marathon and only had my new shoes (from another athletes foot) for less then two months and they completely worn out. That particular shop didn't want anything to do with me nor would help me out.
Went to Springfield and not only did Katie and her team have a good look and my walking style, they gave me great advice, didn't sell me a shoe I didn't like, but they also swapped my 2month old runner out for the correct type for my running and style!

Thanks again guys I can't wait to be back in 2 weeks to purchase my new pair!

Just a BIG thank you to the team at Athletes foot Orion. I took my son for his first school shoes, and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were patient and attentive. Straight in and out with brand new school shoes for our son. They were well organised well staffed. The place was busy.

Can not rave about the team enough. Been there 3 times in the past couple of months and every time they went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Especially today fitting netball shoes with orthotics and ankle guards. We found the perfect shoe where my daughter had no movement.

Have OA in feet, need to have feet measured and shoes provided to suit. This store is well fitted to provide this measure.

I'm not a big shopper but when I need shoes I would probably return here.

There's never enough staff. The last three times I've tried to buy new runners I've walked in and there's only been one person rostered on. Each time I've waited more than 20 minutes just to get a hello and then walked out after 30 minutes. Maybe a text message system so they can let you know when they have someone free. It gave me enough time to find a competitor close by and find staff able to help

We visited this store yesterday. Alex was just amazing with his knowledge and professional service. I walked on my treadmill with my new shoes today and it was amazing. Thanks Alex and his lovely manager who assisted with the sock purchase too!

The service at this store is fantastic. The assistant told me all about my foot and gait, and fitted me in a range of very comfy shoes. Unfortunately they did not have the colour I was after in stock but I would highly recommend this store and will return in the future.

Had fantastic service from Chrissy. She measured and assessed my mother for running/gym shoes and explained everything very clearly. Different options were provided to choose from that were most suitable for her feet. She is really happy with her choice. Thanks again!
