Went in just before close tonight and Amelia gave us the most amazing service, very knowledgeable and very patient with us. A credit to this shop.

Thankyou to Amelia. On Thursday night she served my sister and I (not knowing that they were closed already). I ran my first 4km yesterday and my legs are not sore today thanks to her help in finding running shoes that fit well. Amazing service.

Keeara was amazing! She was so helpful and answered all of my million questions. She has an amazing, extensive knowledge of the shoes and was able to help me find the one that was right for me and what I needed them for. I have really struggled to find shoes that were comfortable in the past and I’m excited to train in my new ones. Keeara is great and I hope to have her again in my next visit.

Zak was very helpful. Made back to school shopping easy and explained things well to our 6 year old making it a fun and easy experience for everyone!

Had a problem with a pair of saucony shoes I had bought 2 months ago. Staff carefully assessed and checked I wasn’t ripping them off and offered to exchange for another brand. I was very impressed by their professionalism.

Friendly staff, though waited a while to get served, I Bought a pair of walking shoes here a few month's back and already the inner lining is damaged sadly didn't last as long as I'd hoped

How bad is that you are open all day but close at 7pm on a late night. Why yes all of this is going on but there would be less people at night than through the day.

Walked in and no one came to serve us. Young girl stood and watched us. So we walked out and went to Rebel sports who looked after us. Will not go back to this store.

I decided to go to Athlete's Foot at Capalaba rather than one of the other sports' stores because of their apparent superior knowledge of the products and fitting for feet. To begin with, I was disappointed because the young lady serving me appeared to have little knowledge. I ended up dealing wiht Anthony. Anthony not only knew the products thoroughly, but was brilliant when it came to dealing with orthotic issues. Consequently, I walked out of the store with the shoes most suitable to my requirements.
