An absolutely brilliant space! The teachers are all so knowledgeable, and encouraging and the community is warm and welcoming. Doesn't matter what your skill level is; beginner to advanced.everyone is accommodated too!

Lauren has created an incredible, supportive community with multiple great instructors who make aerial accessible to all levels.

Lauren is a great teacher no one will question. I have been to a numer of places that teach aerial arts but this place is like you shouldn't miss. Very flexible and inclusive

Great place for anyone who is keen to kick-start an aerial exercise. Lauren made curriculum accessible to those who are in need of improvement; strength, flexibility, endurance, resilience, self assurance or fun factor in life.

I’ve been attending Lauren’s classes from another studio and was very eager to try out when she had her own. Lauren is not only skillful, patient and friendly. She also creates a comfortable and supportive environment for everyone with all levels to practice in.

If you ever consider trying aerial I would say definitely gve it a go at The aerial body. The only thing I would warn you is that you might get addicted like I have

I absolutely love my Lyra classes here! Such a welcoming and friendly environment ️ I've had classes here with all 3 instructors - Lauren (the amazing owner), Glenda and Sarisa - and I think they are all fantastic.
I've been to other studios where it's been really "cliquey", but I'm glad to say I don't feel that way at all with The Aerial Body. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Lauren is a fantastic coach and doing the lyra, silk and hammock is so fun.
Gym is very accessible, spacious and rate is reasonable.
A lot of classes availability and classes are just full of fun ️️️
