This is a hidden gem, never even knew they were even there, some very nice quality furniture on display & their pricing out does the competitors, we didn't buy anything but would definitely kind keep them in mind when looking for our next purchase.

Great experience. This is the third mattress I have bought from here. The first was a queen back in 2017 which has been used every day and is still in great shape. I have since bought two singles for my kids this year and everyone who feels them is surprised they are from a box as they are great quality and so comfortable!

Looks more like a warehouse than a store. May be they can spend some time and money to make it presentable. The price is good and affordable. The customer service is good too.

I had worst experience with A2Z during purchase of Litovia King size bed frame,
The bed had storage underneath, and the storage boxes doesn't go underneath the bed once bed assembled - after lot of following up someone came and gave a temporary solution which stopped working after a week.
Also the product was used one and had found mildew / mould on it.
I was promised for a replacement and repair which never happened.
Found Amart better for our next purchase rather than A2Z cheap quality product (though it might look good in showroom)

I would give a score of 0 if I could. The couch cost me $899. They delivered a damaged couch, but their technician said that it was normal. They didn't answer my calls or respond to my emails when I tried to get in touch with them. When I asked them to replace or refund my couch, they said I had to pay 20% of the original purchase price of $899. I should have read reviews before making a purchase. I just wanted to tell you guys not to make the same mistake that I did and to read the reviews before to making a purchase. Guys Just scroll down a little bit and you will find similar reviews. I personally don't recommend anyone to purchase anything from AtoZ Furniture, and I definitely going to question people who recommended me. Worse decision ever made.

Prompt delivery friendly service havent unboxed yet but box is in good condition so looks promising

Great products! Very comfy sofas. Communication, delivery and assembly very professional and prompt.

The worst experience ever. Picked up my sofa from them. Three pieces of the sofa were damaged, I reported immediately. They did not respond, I had to keep calling them. I email them to email address mentioned in the website, no response. Then they asked me to send it to another gmail address which I did again no response. After chasing them multiple times with this they did exchange the small pieces which did not fit in terms of size (nightmare to fit them). They asked me to use pins in order to cover the torn parts.
The owner is so rude. He literally yelled at me for asking the update. His attitude is not of a businessman but rather of a person who wants to make quick money by selling low quality cheap product.
Please pay couple of hundreds dollars somewhere else and buy better quality furniture with better customer service.

Very happy with the customer service provided. I bought a dining table set with 8 chairs and the value for money is worth it. Highly recommend A2Z furniture.

Ordered a couch from their Rocklea Store. We willing and able to deliver it to their Sandgate store, where I collected it. Sandgate staff did everything with a friendly smile and helped me load it into my trailer. Assembly of the item wasn't too difficult and couch appears for the most part to be quite sturdy. Happy about my transaction and the respective service so far and will see how the couch goes over time.

I was very sceptical about going to this place. But I was wrong very wrong.on this day we went looking everywhere for our new lounge you name it we went there? This was our last stop and I was very surprised.this place its half the price of any other place. And the employees were very helpful. They were very friendly. And helped a lot
But what amazed me was the delivery price was very low.and what blew me away was they delivered there and then.absolutely gobsmacked I will be going back again no doubt

We had a very good shopping experience from A2Z Northside. It is an owner operated local store and we felt the difference compared to our previous purchases from Amart. We were asked many questions to understand our requirements before recommending us with suitable product. There was no pushy sales pitch or fear of losing limited time discount. Product was delivered in timely manner and carefully transported. We even got a call after few days to check up on our satisfaction of the product which was a cherry on top of our delightful experience. Our friends loved our furniture and the deal we got.
