STAY AWAY! We purchased the Stella couch. Got it home there was a hole in the middle of seat, they dropped off a replacement then once all set up. We found another hole in the other piece of the couch under the headrest. We had informed them we didn’t want a replacement after being the second time so they picked up couch and proceeded to tell us they will be taking $120 off the refund! Wouldn’t supply the full refund until I contacted fair trading which is by law they can’t take money from a refund. VERY disappointed and very disgusting behaviour from them. Cheap but not quality. Best to STAY AWAY!

He was very helpful and delivered our stuff at the time we wanted. He helped us with moving our packages to our unit tooo. Highly recommended

I visited A2Z Furniture on Sunday afternoon, and by Monday lunchtime my 2 Savannah couches had been delivered and assembled in my home! From the friendly welcome I received in store, to the efficient installation at my place, it has been an awesome experience! I would definitely recommend A2Z Furniture for their great customer service and good value couches.

Quality product at reasonable price. One of our pieces when delivered was the wrong colour, A2Z were Jonny on the spot and took it straight back and replaced it on the next delivery.

Thanks to uk&ak for quick pick-up service also very supportive with loading goods in my truck and suggested to keep it in safe way.

Good friendly staff, prompt delivery, only downside was wanting to charge $90 to go up 1 set of stairs on an outside unit

Very prompt service and delivery. We had an issue with a piece but they sorted it straight away with no dramas.

They messed up my delivery. Kept on telling me it’s coming until I sent them the invoice. Delivery guy just dropped all the stuff downstairs and did not at all help me move into the unit which I had elevators. That’s my experience. I’m sure other people had better experiences.

IF I COULD CHOOSE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Purchased 3 seat recliner which broke within a couple months. Left seat timber frame failed and splintered and centre seat timbers broke. Repair was delayed for 4 months by a2z. They kept cancelling and postponing the repair. When repairer came out he put some screws into centre seat which failed again within days and said there's nothing he can do about left side as timbers were all split. He advised that although the lounge has a arm rest they are not designed to hold the weight of a arm.he informed me i sat on it wrong and arms and hands should be on my lap not the arm rest. The timber frame inside the lounge looks same quality wood as matchsticks are made off. A2z furniture won't honour warranty or even return emails now despite it still being within the 12 month warranty period. AVOID A2Z FURNITURE. Disgusting, untrustworthy, dishonest company.
