This business kept in touch with me from booking / reminders / until we arrived for our massage. I was impressed with everything.

Not worth our money. Booked for 5pm and we got there on time. Paid for an hr and half but only got an hour and 15mins with the interruptions as the person massaging me kept going out, not sure why. It shouldn't be like this. They should dedicate a person at the reception only to avoid always going out to check who entered the shop. BEWARE! THERE WILL BE DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHOL WILL MASSAGE YOU WITHOUT INFORMING YOU. I AM SURE THE SECOND PERSON'S HAND IS LIKE A BABY MASSAGING MY BACK AND NOT A PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE THERAPIST. THEY have done this to their many clients. Check out all reviews as Ive experienced it myself. Also massage finished 10mins before our time. We are not happy as we paid for an hr and half. We normally give tip but obviously we didn't this time. First massage in Brisbane but disappointing. I should have just listened to previous review. Paid $278 for 2 people

Oh my lord! Got the Groupon deal for my 45th b'day. Went with a friend, thinking we were going to have this long luxurious experience. It was so rushed. The 2 girls that worked there were lovely but the advertising for this deal is very misleading. Foot soak and scrub was more like a quick clean of the feet. The bubbles came out in a silver cup that almost represented an egg cup. The bubbles wasn't even bubbles, and if it was, it had been in the fridge for so long it was flat and tasted awful. Then we went in for the massage in a room that had hardly any room between the 2 beds. It was noisy and I swear, I had different people massaging me, as the pressure was not the same throughout. The lady that finished it wasn't the one who started it. The massage probably went for 40 min max. They turned us over to give us a facial. Here I was expecting, facial cleanser, steam, scrub, proper mask and nice creams. It was a quick cleanse, scrub and then one of those cheap masks you can buy in the shops with the eyes, nose and mouth cut out. They finished the facial with a 10 second head scratch, which was supposed to be a scalp massage and said " finished"! How do you want to pay?

I was expecting more massage on the front as the back part only seemed like 30 minutes. I asked her about the full hour and she said it had already been a full hour

We were then rushed out with a quick cup of tea and the owner getting cranky at me because I could not understand what she was talking about, in regards to the billing and health funds.

This is not a luxurious experience. Everything is squashed into a very small time frame and not done properly, so they can churn people in and out quickly.

My poor friend was such a good sport.she used to be a beauty therapist and I was embarrassed to put her through that experience and pay for it. We ran to closest bathroom because she had an itchy face from the mask (apparently that was the moisturiser too, no creams were applied). We then had a drink at customs house and I sat there watching her poor face having an allergic reaction from the products. Slowly, she got a few little hives on her face. Thankfully, they went away in an hour. All I can say is that it was the worst "spa" experience I ever had, but it had us laughing hard and atleast because of that, it will be one bday to remember. Do yourself a favour and get pampered else where.

You will feel relaxed as soon as you get in. Relaxing atmosphere, good customer service and nice Thai massage. Good locations.

Wanted to ask some questions and book an appointment. Was yelled at by staff over the phone because we "Should have texted for Groupon bookings" and hung up before we could've asked anything. Terrible.

We booked the following package through Groupon:

$139 for a weekend massage pamper package for two people (total value up to $278)

Glass of bubbles on arrival

Foot soak and scrub

Scalp massage

Top-to-toe 60 min coconut oil massage

Hot drink of herbal tea

The therapist ran late (told us to arrive 10 minutes early).
Given the world's smallest glass of bubbles (30mls at most).
Quickest foot soak and scrub in history (5 minutes maybe?).
Only 1 Therapist until one arrived 20 minutes later (something about her bus running late), she tried to make us do a 30 minute massage and come back later. Anyway, someone eventually arrived meaning one of us had to wait 20 minutes before starting the massage.
Meant to have a 60 minute head to toe massage (only 45 minutes)
Meant to have a separate head massage (must have been incorporated into the 45 minute "60 minute massage").
No compensation given due to service being a "voucher"
Session started at 10 and I was finished by 11 meaning they docked time. Should be advertised as a 60 minute service made up of all those things instead of being listed separately. Unfortunately, I booked before checking the reviews on this place, my mistake I guess.

I dont know why there are such conflicting reviews because the experience that I had was amazing. I ordered a Groupon for 2 people, rang and asked if it was okay to have the appointment for that afternoon and the lady on the phone was more than accommodating and the price matched the experience. I will be back, even tempted to purchase the prepaid massage packages.

Very nice hot stone massage. Mayla (apologize in advance if I misspelled ur name) is an experienced and skillful masseuse. Highly recommend

Got a massage at Thai Indulgence as a present from Groupon. Wasn’t satisfied with the service. The towels were wet at the massage table. I was massaged by three different people who took turns between their clients not notifying me. The first lady was doing a moderate massage, the second person didn’t have power at her hands and I didn’t feel anything. Third person did a good a job though and the facial was good. Nevertheless, it wasn’t what I expected. And my bday present was ruined. Do not recommend.

From what I've read on comments here is crazy. My partner and I was going to book this place for our anniversary this weekend. Number 1 rule in customer service is they are always right. Every single review they have had a come back or defending themselves in such a rude manner. You say sorry and do better don't blame your clients because just like this you will loose customers. I will book somewhere else.

Had a massage today at this place.
I desperately needed a massage as my body was aching.
Worst massage ever had.
Lady therapist was very nice and friendly but don’t thinks she is specialised in deep tissue massage. Thought very unprofessional, unskilled and very expensive compared to other places.
I just wanted to make it clear that I didn’t enjoy at all.

I would not recommend this place. The massage was pretty average, lacked skill and particularly energy. My masseuse seemed to have no will at all and was just trying to fill the time. Lackluster, no variety in strokes and at one point she was continuously doing the same area until I told her to move on. I think she though I fell asleep and I wouldn't notice.
The place is also very small and cramped, and not that clean either. The tables were old.

I came with my sister for a duo massage.
1. There was only one masseuse for 2. After 5 minutes we asked to have one masseuse each.
2. The massage was not one, but more of a "back touch", she just left her hand on my back without doing anything.
After asking her to actually give me a massage, she started to make a movement a little more like a massage, but the same one for 5 minutes?
It was ridiculous. Even I can give a better massage when it is not my profession.
3. At the beginning of the "massage" women asked us which part of the body we preferred.
We said the feet, and during the 30 minutes of the massage she massaged (or left her hand without doing anything) only my left shoulder and neck. That was it!
The manager told us it was because most people preferred the back.
Why do you ask before then?
It was so stressful, we asked to stop before the end.

Favourite place to get a proper Thai oil massage. Highly recommended the 90min massage and really spoil yourself. The lemongrass oil is heavenly.

Love this place. My regular for unwinding after a big day in the office. Never have had a bad massage here

The manager on the front counter is extremely rude and very very unprofessional. Looks like they are doing a favour on customers coming in. Their massage I wouldn't highly recommend at all as they seemed not that skilled. It didn't feel to my partner and me that we actually spent so much and had a massage done.
