Have been very impressed with the staff and team. Due to no fault of mine my car was damaged from a hit and run driver while I was parked and sitting in the car. They have been extremely helpful and polite and nothing has been to much for them. I have a special needs daughter and sister whom I look after and my car is very important to my day to day with them. The team at wilkies have been a blessing. Thank you so much for getting my car in and fixed so quickly, you have no idea how much it has meant to me. I could never repay you for what you have done for me and my family.

Staff in office are lovely. Very friedly and helpful. Staff are willing to help. Have an issue with quality of the work. First repair we had done we picked it up and rubber stips were missing off the car.

Second repair they left the engine computer loose in the engine bay rubbing against the alternator, over spray, poorly prepped front bar with plastic hanging off the side that was painted over along with a few other minor things. Paint was good otherwise. Got it towed back to them. They were helpful with this process. Got it back and now noticed gap issues and some other minor stuff not fixed.

Staff are helpful but sick of going to Toowoomba for rework it's costing me money. With some better inspection post work is complete they could resolve these issues. Seems rushed. Nice enough people but frustrating issues to say the least.

Also take note they only reply to positive feedback.

After Emailing/phoning every repair shop in Toowoomba and surrounds this place is BY FAR the only place worth spending any money at! Constant communication, BEYOND helpful and very customer focused! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Took four months to get my vehicle repaired. I had to pay for a hire car for two weeks and then receive a text that my vehicle won’t be fixed for another two weeks. Very unhappy.

I went through Terry Wilkie's as part of my insurance claim with NRMA and I cannot fault them on their customer service and workmanship. Big shout out to Chris who was lovely to deal with on the phone and in person. It was a smooth process. Highly recommend.

I honestly have never left a bad review in my life - and although it doesn't bring me much pleasure to write this, but I hope to help others not be burned like me.

I paid over $300 in labour for a job that took well under an hour to do (from someone who's done this myself, it takes 30 - 40mins maximum). After paying such a high price, I then returned to find damage to the interior of my car along with multiple oil/glue stains that I am still struggling to remove. With video proof I was still brushed off and told to go to buy parts from Repco and repair it myself (all at my own cost). As I didn't watch the entire process (I doubt anyone can) I can't be sure if it was staff at Terry Wilkes or subcontractors that were used for the job, either way, noone seemed to want to accept responsibility and I was left in disbelief that I had paid to receive damage worth more than the repair value.

While the staff were friendly, I will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone, and I hope to warn people to carefully video their entire car before leaving it for repairs, no matter the percieved workmanship of the company.
