We have an annual termite inspection and bug and insect treatment and this year Semi did a very thorough job. We added a rodent extermination at Kirra Graham's suggestion. She kindly identified that we had had a visiting rat from the photo of droppings which I sent to her. Semi explained the rat had likely been nest-building during our cold winter and that we should not have a recurrence now the treatment is in place. A friendly helpful team.

The two boys who came to my home were very well mannered and did the barrier top-up quite quickly. Then they hosed down the paths, shut and padlocked my gates and brought in my rubbish bin. I was very grateful for these extras as I was quite ill that day. I did not ask them to - they just did it because they were thorough and represented their company of Termitrust as a top quality service provider.
They could not take credit-card payment on the day and were happy for me to phone in to the office to settle my account. There was no demand for cash. I found the cost to be very fair.
I would recommend Termitrust to anyone.

Termitrust are the most honest, reliable, professional and knowledgeable pest control business. I had 4 other quotes given prior to John coming out and I was non the less wiser and 2 were ready to bill me $4000 for a termite barrier that I didn't need as there was one in place when the house was constructed. But John did pick up an area around the outside bar which could be an entry point, which no other had mentioned. So happy to have found Termitrust.

My scheduled termite inspection & under slab pump-up was carried out. The pump-up was carried out by "Wayne Smith". He was outstanding in his professional attitude & approach to carrying out the task. When faced with a technical hitch, he simply thought outside the square & created a solution not only for this pump-up but for all future treatments. Credit where credit's due. Well done. He is obviously a highly valued member of the team at Termitrust Pest Control.

I was shocked and disappointed with the attitude of Termistrust, after having been a loyal customer since our house was built 13 years ago. (Termistrust installed the original termite barrier.)

Recently, I called up to book an annual termite/pest control, and was told that my account was flagged due to a previous late payment.

I explained that it was not a late payment, but a delay because the exterior part of the job wasn’t finished due to rain and had to be done at a later date (I paid immediately when it was finished). I also asked for the flag to be removed and went ahead with the booking (big mistake).

When the technician came on June 30, he said I have to pay up front before he could start the job. No service provider does that! I sent him away with a message that if Termitrust values customer loyalty, they can reach out to me.

It’s been more than a week, and zero reaching out. It’s a shame, because I’ve been a loyal customer for so many years. No longer. I’m done.

Yesterday I had a full termit inspection done. When Nick arrive he explained to me what he was about to do and asked if I had any questions or concerns about the inspection. He explained in fully detail what he was about to and how our system worked. He also explained the lifestyle of the termites and how survived. He was thorough in what he did and I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything. We have been a customer of Termitrust for almost ten years and I would recommend them highly.

I would like to commend Nick P on the consistently high quality of his workmanship and use of best practice as a Termitrust technician. Nick has been attending our residence at Burpengary for a number of years now, to conduct annual inspections and also to maintain the termite bait stations.

I am confident that Nick is both knowledgeable and skilled in his field, so that what is required to protect the property, is being actioned. I am particularly confident that Nick is thorough and vigilant in maintaining each and every bait station, so I am never worried that any station might be overlooked when he is on duty.

In addition to his technical skills, Nick also draws upon excellent communication skills to explain how termite treatments work and to advise about further actions required, if necessary. As well, I would commend Nick for being reliable, courteous and trustworthy in the service he provides.

Does NOT give any warranty for ant treatment, unlike other companies. Ant Treatment was done and every fortnight I still had to spray for ants myself, so I would argue the job was NEVER completed properly despite payment.

Had my Termimesh protected house inspected for serviceability and had pest control applied today. The technician Nicholas was very polite, knowledgeable, informative and thorough. Very good value for money. A good experience all round.

The little spiders, bugs and ants coming into my house were starting to drive me crazy. Nic was on time, explained what he was going to do and followed through. Surprisingly, there was no smell from the treatment. And the best thing is that the bugs have gone!
