We get all our cleaning products for our home and business from tensens and we couldn’t be more happier with there products, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable we wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Very very rude staff.
Also about 80% more expensive parts than everywhere else.

Quoted part from them was $386, I ended up buying it elsewhere for $220.

Do not reccomend.

Had everything we need for our cleaning supplies. The sales guy behind the desk was very helpful and we would be happy to deal with him again.

We had our truck mount machine serviced by a technician on the GC, but to be honest we were not confident in what they did. Called Ben and he kept communications open at all times with what was required to fix a small problem. Ended up getting Tensens technicians to service the machine again and rectify the problem. Sold us what seems like second hand items and when we advised of this we were told we should be happy we even received the item. Maintaining high hygiene standards is important to us so this was disappointing.

Sent a damaged item with missing parts so we requested a replacement. They said it's out of stock hence they have no ETA on the replacement. However, according to their policy, we must return the damaged item within 7 days otherwise a replacement cannot be issued. Since they didn't have the replacement in stock with no ETA, we asked if we can keep the damaged item until the replacement is ready they simply said no. I think our request was not that unreasonable.

Dont go anywhere else.
Bought a 650 Everest truckmount carpet machine 18 months ago. I've had tensens service it every 100 hours and it has not let me down once.
