Worst customer service ever, no replies to emails, return an item that didn’t work said that they couldn’t find the item I returned, even when proof was given to prove it was returned back, with photos of tracking from Australia post, over a month of ringing and email finally got a replacement, never again will take my business elsewhere.
No Chris I am not trolling my wife name would have been on the order dealt with Gabriel who made it extremely hard to get a refund for a returned product that did not work after a month of emailing and numerous phone calls and wanting proof of returning item which she did, with aust post tracking still that wasn’t good enough even after a month. So maybe you should look into it from your end

The TENS machine was thoughtfully packaged and is a dream machine to own. I've been plagued with back pain since childhood, and more recently cervical spine pain.
