45Really an amazing practice, I have visited doctors all over the world and I am impressed by the friendliness of the Reception staff, the short waiting period and the friendly caring doctor I see there.
Timely, very professional and caring interaction.would certainly recommend both the practice and the consulting doctor.

I have encountered two of the most incredible GP’s here, Dr Cece and Dr Harrison. Kind, caring, thorough, intelligent, on time and professional! Highly recommend! Reception staff are great too!
Had a really great experience with doctors and nurses here. Dr Cece was fantastic and covered all the bases, and it feels great to be functioning at a high level again knowing my health has been taken care of.
Rude receptionist and patronising doctors. Very bad experience, felt like second class citizen.
EXTREMELY upset and angry with the complete lack of competence shown by Dr Richard Smith who, what should have been a simple clearing of a blocked ear after a cold has now left me after eight weeks and counting with an inner/middle ear infection, loss of balance and a continuous headache and tinnitus that he would not - or lack the skills and knowledge - simply could not - treat after 6 appointments and a whopping ONE three day dose of oral steroids (the only actual prescription) which has done no real benefit.it it now mid November and I am no better off than I was after my first visit
It has been two months now since he first took *two weeks* to clear one ear (he ignored the other - which I can now link to the ongoing tinnitus thanks to his poor judgement) and I am now looking at other options - possibly legal - as you have failed to do anything other than take my money and perform some half-measure non-tests every time in lieu of an actual treatment.
It has apparently been referred to an actual ENT specialist after all of this time, *but he has not followed up on this referral* and I have not been given a time before mid January - I did what he would not and followed up myself, but as he wrote a half-measure that did not come close to what my actual problem was it is not being taken seriously (this timing only a vague verbal approximation, nothing concrete due to him not following up) and I will apparently have to wait nearly two further months for a consultation with that specialist.
As I've said, I will be considering further action because Dr Smith's poor non-treatment, failure to follow up on further treatment and referrals have forced me to do so.
This is tantamount to negligence in my opinion.

Unfortunately both of them are pregnant at the moment so they will both be on maternity leave
The worst system of doctor in all Australia, they charged for money in general appointments 140 dollars, they aren’t clear with that when you come in to the appointment, No clear On their website they don’t say it on HotDoc, they say just at the end of system book appointments it is no even a clear lenguaje for people that is not English native and also just at the end be clear guys. That is no fear they play with the lenguaje to get more people to pay. Obviously I’m not coming back here.
This practice is exceptional. The doctors take time with patients and communication is excellent. The only problem is that you may have to wait days for an appointment but if your problem is urgent and you are an existing patient, they will try to fit you in. My regular doctor is Doctor Paterson but I have seen several other doctors who were also excellent Practice is located next to pharmacy and blood collection centre. Practice is owned by local GP, Doctor Catherine Browne. Cannot fault this practice.
Had an appointment scheduled from 8am for a midday Telehealth.
At 12: 15pm the dr then rejected my appointment via email with no reason as to why. Incredibly frustrating as I would have just gone somewhere else
Experience with one of the female GPs has been very poor. Will not look patient in the eye, no genuine care or questions attempted. Just wanting to tick the box for the visit. Dismissive when the visit is about mental health, stark difference to when visiting about other concern. You make a lot of money for pretty straightforward work, at least make an effort.
Very disappointed that the doctor I saw 10 days ago let me leave with 2 toes looking like this, saw a new doctor today he was very disappointed as well specifically as I am a diabetic, now I have to have day surgery on both and hopefully won't need one to be ampertated
Be careful who you book with
I am a big fan of Dr Rhys Young. Sensitive, empathetic and proactive. Sadly due to his excellence it can be difficult to get an appointment.
Beware of Dr Lisa Ch'ng. Terrible bedside manner, poor judgement. Refused to help over the phone and wanted me to come in the practice when I said I couldn't. Great way to collect more money!
It is such a shame that a great practice with friendly staff is spoiled by a bad apple. Really sours what has been a great practise I trusted.
First time here. Very poor service. Walked in for my appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude. Didn't even bother with my appointment and booked with an excellent doctor at bowen Hill medical centre instead.
Great Doctors who are caring and attentive. They always go the extra mile for me and my family. They have an awesome front desk team! The girls are super friendly and very helpful, always willing to go above and beyond!
