6Had the manager make us wait in line for a lady who was waiting for her daughter to get out of the change rooms 10 mins later finally get the service for a 10 dollar top
I had just gotten some lip filler injections a few shops up and had planed to leave the shopping centre straight away. But on the way out I thought I'd just have a really quick look in Temt. After paying for my items I turn around to leave the store when the girl who served me turns to her co-worker to point out me and my lips then proceeds to laugh and make nasty comments about my apperance. I left the store feeling really sad and embarrased, I don't ever plan on returning to the store again.
Usually I have a great experience in store with the customer service, BUT on Monday 11 Nov I witnessed a Supervisor insulting, belittling and humiliating the staff. In this day and age how is this still allowed to happen especially in front of customers. I felt bad I can't imagine how they felt. This person was abusing her position. Obviously she was having a bad day and took it out on the staff. NO EXCUSE for her behavior. She must of been above manager status as she complained about everything the staff the store, the manager, and I wasn't going to hang around any longer in case she started on customers.
Partner purchased a shirt from there and then noticed a rip in the product when we got home.
Took it back next day with proof of purchase in an attempt to exchange but they no longer had stock of the item.
I then requested a refund but they said their store policy was that they don't do refunds.
Their receipt they had provided me with clearly stated that faulty items can be refunded if you have proof of purchase.
It's a $10 item so I couldn't be bothered pursuing it further, but felt the store deserved 1 stars for trying to override Australian Consumer Law.
Disgusting experience I've ever had with Chermside Temt store manager Melissa Payne. I went to exchange some clothes ($206 worth clothes) they are not fitted me. Then store manager at the counter and she checked every items and bill. One top price doesn't shown the bill and their system. That's their mistake. But she told me very badly without any evidence infornt of the people "Do you Stolen this. " I've shocked.my husband argue with her and she accepted her mistake. Also she kept that top $19.95. They already extra charge from mine the first day. And didn't given any exchange items. I'm stressed about that disgusting situation. Every minute remembering that. How disgusting.
