I bought a sleeping bag for my daughter. When I had some issues for shipping, the customer service team was very supportive and fixed my problem immediately. Usually, I'm a bit skeptical about online shopping but they are very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to someone who is looking for unique toys and great customer service online!

Nothing wrong with the retailer. They supplied specified items in a timely manner, during a busy period. The product I purchased was smaller than specified (manufacturer issue), and button clasps faulty (again, manufacturer issue). I would not recommend the product (product link below).

I've gone back twice to buy something. Probably will go there again. Lady was lovely. Cool stuff there. Both things I've bought work well. Hope to see again in the future.

Brilliant customer service. Beyblade was damaged (I think during delivery), and they refunded straight away. We will definitely buy from here again because we can trust them to be really helpful. (very fast delivery as well!)

Very impressed with the variety of toys, and the high level of service. Bought some toys on holiday that I’ve never seen here in New Zealand, and was very excited to give them as presents. Unfortunately the remote control was missing from one of the toys. Yet upon making contact, this issue was resolved immediately and the remote posted to New Zealand. It is always a plasure buing toys in this shop, amazing quality products and price! The staff and the owener are grate and reliable. And kids are happy! I bought so many toys at the shop from teddy bears to transformers, i have never been disappointed.

I bought a Transformer online from them for my son, the next day it turned up at my house. My son absolutely loves it! So convenient and such an easy process. Will look at getting a different character for him for Easter.
