I thought I would have had to spend a lot more money on buying a new laptop but you not only fixed the bugs, you went up and beyond and increased the hard drive capacity and installed the new windows 10! Mani helped to fix my son's gaming PC, kept me updated and explained exactly what was wrong with it while offering different options to fix it. He also went the extra mile to install an anti-virus on my laptop and fix a shut down issue for free.
