Fantastic tour, in large part due to the crew and the small group sizes on each activity. The scenery is beautiful and the crew ensures everyone is having a fantastic time, there is enough time for everything and no one misses out

An amazing experience. It is late in the season but we got to see so much activity. To top it all a mum nudged her calf right up to the bost and then they rolled. Excellent commentary.

Awesome day out. The whales came right up to the boat many times, an unforgettable experience. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, passionate, friendly and funny. The food and all the activities made for a fabulous day that was great value for money.

100% recommended! The team was extremely friendly and helpful with any issues such as arranging pick up from my accommodation, then finding myself in the wrong Australian timezone at the first October weekend (shout out to Robyn for your kindness with me before 6 in the morning: D) and also catering to dietary requirements like my vegetarian, dairyfree diet. Before this, I've never been on a daytrip where I could even hope for any dairy alternative; here I could even chose between several dairy alternatives for my coffee!

We saw soooo many whales which was a wonderful experience and also we got to see beautiful remote parts of Fraser being mostly the only people there. The kayak and tubing were great fun too!

We had a wonderful day, the crew was motivated and super nice. The tour is incredibly worth it and takes 9 hours to complete, going by incredibly quickly thanks to the varied program. Absolute recommendation!

My sisters and I aged 82,80 and 74 went on the Fraser Island Remote Trip and it was amazing. The staff were excellent, words cannot express how great and helpful they were. We went on the kayaking and the tube ride which was a thrilling experience for us oldies. The lunch was really delicious and the salads were made by the crew, best we have ever tasted. Booked a day trip for Fraser Island - 2 adults - with Tasman Venture and the whole experience was absolutely amazing Company offers a courtesy pick up bus, which was very convenient for us since we were with a campervan. Crew were fantastic, super friendly and professional! We were briefed on the whole itenary and also with safety protocols The guide, Mel (Melanie as her mum calls her) was the best! Funny, to start off with, but very professional indeed. We were asked whether we had any dietary needs and we were presented with a lovely dairy free platter and buffet lunch We snorkeled with turtles and rays and also spotted a dingo on the island Can't recommend them enough! 10/10 exceptional service

What an experince! You guys are so awesome! Lovely, big smiles awesome fresh food! We did the remote island adventure and it's so packed with exciting activities great for young ones and old ones!
You will surely wanted to see this people they are so welcoming and making sure that every one is safe and having fun!

We had an amazing day in this tour. Words can't describe it, the tour was definitely the highlight of our trip. Knowledgeable guides, great food and activities (snorkeling, kayaking, tubing & climbing sand dune) for any families. The crew went the extra mile for all passengers to ensure we all had a fantastic time (especially Melanie and Carolena were great with our two boys). We can't recommend this tour enough. Just book it in to experience it yourself and then you will understand what we mean. Thank you, Tasman Venture.

Our family (of 8) had an awesome and phenomenal time on the tour to Fraser K’gari Island yesterday. Lloyd, the skipper/owner is a very kind gentleman and reassured us when we arrived few minutes before departure that it was okay. We were welcomed on board with big smiles by the amazing team of guides and deckhands. We had our 6 month old granddaughter and I was worried before the trip. But she loved the beautiful environment on board, the floating feeling was so calming and no dramas at all throughout the whole trip. The trips onshore with different scenarios was phenomenal beginning with sand dunes and then the flowing creeks. My favourite activity was kayaking up and down the creek with traditional name ‘healing streams’. That was a special wyou realise that these wawould have been a source of healing for the First People. Even taking a dip felt so refreshing. Our guide Harmony had a very special way of telling the story which highlighted the unique historical features for me particularly ‘the island’s having its own healing eco-system’. Snorkelling was rewarded with sightings of a big turtle, fish, lobster which the children loved. The most thrilling part was the tubing and hubby and the children loved that too. The food was so very satisfying and heaps to eat. We also met lots of wonderful people and had exchanged lovely stories. We were blessed with a perfect weather for the whole day.
Overall I would say that Tasman Venture definitely is a great tour guide that provides excellent service. We loved it so much and look forward to doing the whaling sightseeing this year. Definitely highly recommend them to anyone. Finally Happy 2023!

We had a brilliant day with Tasman Ventures on the half-day whale watching tour, the guides were super informative and knowledgeable without bombarding you with too much information. The skipper knew exactly where to find two pods of Humpback whales and we spent a good amount of time watching them. It was fabulous, can’t wait to come back next year!

Well - what a day. Absolutely memorable. From the moment we stepped on board and were greeted by the knowledgable, kind, patient and professional crew we had the best time. Fraser Island is stunning and with our expert guides we were able to appreciate it while having fun. We climbed a sand dune to admire the view, swam in a crystal clear creek, went kayaking, snorkelling and tubing. In between we devoured a surprisingly delicious lunch. Surprising as they had such limited space to come up with the varied menu. Cold drinks were available to purchase throughout the trip. On our return we had a cheese plate to ensure we didn’t starve! The trip catered to all levels of adventurous spirit with the more sedate paddling in the turquoise waters while the more adrenaline went tubing. Special shout out to team member Harmony: such a special person. She made the day. Thoroughly recommend!

We had an unreal time doing the Remote Fraser Island Experience today. The day was action-packed, organised and safe (snorkelling, kayaking, tubing, dune climb all included). The lunch was great and, most of all, the staff were super enthusiastic and helpful.

Special thanks to Mel for going above and beyond for us - taking lots of photos and even retrieving the tshirt I'd forgotten on the island:)

Staff were wonderful, the boat was clean and set up for some serious whale watching. The snacks that were periodically served were delicious and every effort was given so that you enjoyed your experience.
