Tarocash Robina

Thanks to Kylie and her team for there excellent service. We came to Tarocash Robina Twon Center to find our suits for my wedding. My wife was very specific with the style and colours for these suits. We found the perfect combination of suits, shirts, and shoes here! Kylie and her team needed to find some sizes from other stores, this was no hassle for Kylie and had the desired sizes within 1 week! Also, the suits need alterations for my pants and for the best man, he needed the jacket sleeves lengthen take in the back and pants lengthened. All this was looked after by Kylie and Her staff, fitment was perfect after the Alterations. Thanks for your help, excellent service and highly recommend for anyone men’s suits needs! I was at the store waiting as it opened last week to buy a suit for a funeral the following day. The young lady that was opening the store stopped mid opening and came to serve me. I must say that she was absolutely superb from start to finish. She advised me, took measurements and sent the pants off to get taken up and said i'd have them back that afternoon. True to her word she called me to say they were ready for collection. I did have an issue and when I went back a few days later the manager at the time Renee was just as good. I'm sorry I didn't get the first sales ladies name but she was filling in as staff were off sick.
Both ladies are a credit to the store and i'll certainly be going back for another suit soon. The suits are also very comfortable and feel great.

I experienced a level of professionalism, friendliness and service that is unheard of from the Store Manager Renee. She went above above and beyond to help me pick a jacket and go find a matching pants even though her shift ended over an hour ago. I highly recommend her and her team and would like to say a massive thanks again to Renee, she is a credit to your organisation!

We took our 17 yo to get fitted for a suit for the formal. Great staff experience, provided brilliant direction and the tailoring across the mall was also excellent.however.they are nigh impossible to get on the phone to arrange collection of the suit and shoes.

Extremely good customer service. Renee is clearly passionate about her job and loves what she does. I can’t praise her enough for her help. She talked my wife and I through every outfit explaining why what went with what, and how it fit to my body.

Renee was an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. What can I say, WOW. She went out of her way to make you feel comfortable and special, no hard sell and really knew her stuff. Shannon at Robina store went above and beyond with helping me out over the telephone. She rang all around the country looking for stock for me during a sale period. Shannon organised for items to be sent to the local store. This kind of customer service is rare. Very impressed.

Only went in to browse, but the sales person Kristen was absolutely amazing. Very, very helpful and enthusiastic, helped me find exactly what was needed without being pushy at all. Great price suit that fitted well, very highly recommended.

Just had a great experience with john today, he was joyfull and genuinely enjoyed helping me, even though i had some struggles with sizes. He never missed a beat, keep up the good work its refreshing to see that in your stores.

Excellent service by the entire team there, especially for someone like myself who hates shopping.
The entire process was so fluid and I went from dreading the prospect of walking in, to never wanting to shop anywhere else again.
I felt so relaxed from the very start. And before I knew it I not only had an outfit for the occasion I was attending, but the young man helping me ran me through a variety of ways I could use peices of the outfit in different ways to wardrobe for other occasions also.
He was so helpful that I have gone from not shopping in over 10years to going there 3 times in the last 4months

A few days ago I went to Tarocash Robina shopping for our son’s formal. We were served by a lady named Christine with wonderful service and everyone was very friendly.
She not only helped us find what we were looking for but her suggestions for my son’s outfit were beautiful!
They also went above and beyond with the alterations which they can do in store.
Christine and the gentleman were so helpful!

I was served by John when i stopped by to buy formal attire for my father's funeral. I could not have been taken care of any better, John's service was hands down the best I have had from a retail clothing store. Fantastic salesmanship and genuine personality. Thank you for all your help.

Nikola was amazing! She was so good at sorting me out with some new clothes and went above and beyond with sorting the alterations and delivery. She is a credit to this store. Great customer service!

Walked into Tarocash yesterday about 9: 30am with a pram and a 3 year old and there were what seemed 2 staff on. There were no customers and the male and female were happy chatting away. Both myself and my 3 year old said hello and they both said hi and went back to their conversation. I steered my pram to the mens formal pants and stood there for a few minutes looking at the range. No assistance, no help, just continued to chat. So we left and went to Myers and bought a $100 pair of pants.
