Marco was the best salesperson I have ever come across! He was an absolute lifesaver helping me select stylish suits for a career change into real estate. He was patient and professional at all times, answered all questions I had and taught me a lot of tips and tricks which I will for sure be using in the near future. Thanks Marco for your help, I’m sure I’ll return soon!

I don't usually write reviews but Marco at Tarocash Pacific Fair today was exceptional! My partner and I walked in with a little idea of what we were looking for but honestly, without Marco's help from seeing how dumbfounded we were, we would have been staring at the suits for a much longer time trying to make an impossible decision haha! Marco was humorous, patient, professional, knowledgeable and honest, making us trust his opinion without hesitation. We will be back again for sure! Thanks Marco!:)

I don’t normally write reviews but Marco was exceptional. He was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with how he juggled helping all the customers in the store & even went and got me a chair to sit on (I’m 9 months pregnant) while my husband tried on suits.

Thanks to Marco and his team for there excellent service. We came to Tarocash Pacific Fair to find our suits for my wedding. My wife was very specific with the style and colours for these suits. We found the perfect combination of suits, shirts, and shoes here! Marco and his team needed to find some sizes from other stores, this was no hassle for Marco and had the desired sizes within 1 week! Also, the suits need alterations for my pants and for the best man, he needed the jacket sleeves lengthen take in the back and pants lengthened. All this was looked after by Marco and His staff, fitment was perfect after the Alterations. Thanks for your help, excellent service and highly recommend for anyone men’s suits needs! My husband and I were so impressed with the service fron Nancy at the store!
We went in while on holiday to buy pants and shirt for our son to wear to a wedding.we weren't sure what the trend was for an outdoor wedding on a country property, and Nancy suggested chino pants and linen shirt that looked amazing. She was so patient and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Today he just left for the wedding looking amazing and feeling good. The lovely Sophie helped me and she made everything so easy. I was a bit stressed as I was trying to get outfits for me and my groomsmen and Sophie made the whole experience super easy with her awesome customer service. Partner and I entered Tarocash Broadbeach, met with a sales person, didn’t get her name, extremely helpful and very personable, delightful service, bought jacket and shied, she really is a valuable employee.

To the management these two young ladies nailed customer service. Attentive and awesome. The best service ever! They deserve a raise nothing was too much trouble.knowledge fabulous and nothing was too much trouble.

I went in to get a suit for my son with his girlfriend as he was off to a wedding. Trousers wrong fit. Measured and altered back in store 2 days later. Service with a smile. Really awesome and refreshing. We left feeling pampered. Thank you for the awesome service Shannon &? 18 Aug

Went into the shop today and I haven't been to tarocash in general for years there because of the lack of quality. I was super impressed to find an amazing range of products. The sales girl Lisa, was the sweetest and most helpful person ever. Seriously is the most incredible shop attendant I have talked to for as long as I can remember. She talked to me and my friend for ages helping us find what we needed, and went the extra mile to giving us heaps of tips and information. Would definitely go back and I highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier with the service from Lisa at Tarocash. We only went in to pick suits for my groomsmen who would buy them at another store, yet Lisa spent heaps of time with us and actually made us realise the colours we had chosen would probably not work together. After discussing colour matching we were able to come up with different suit colours and a vest for the groom which we are really happy with. Add to the above that the suits look great, are good quality and awesome value for money! Thanks Lisa and Tarocash!

Stock standard tarocash. Decent range and ok prices. Service was fairly average. Helensvale and Garden city are better.
