Good range, slow service but I guess that is what it is when there's only one staff member there on a Saturday.

Bang for buck & good quality gear for all, not cheap rubbish with quality, friendly helpful staff, good size shop well worth a look.

The blonde lady (store manager I assume) who works here was so rude and unwilling to help my husband find a suit. He can easily fit their larger sizes but she recommended he go to Johnny Big. I hope an area manager or someone see’s this, she needs to be reviewed and have further training or not be in this industry. To avoid her we ended up purchasing online which we needed to return anyway because of wrong sizing and three weeks later we’re still waiting on the refund. Would give 0 stars for her customer service. Rude and unhelpful towards us, I did notice a couple of guys come in which she didn’t mind putting her arm around while ignoring us.

Costomer service from one staff member was terrible, rather rude. I was looking for a particular shirt that they had on sale the week prior (still on sale and said in stock for this store online at the time) When asked about said shirt was said rather rudely "we dont do sales here, if you want it cheap go to DFO" and she walked away. Was ready to fully suit up two people and because of her we walked out with 2 shirts and only because another lady was lovely and stepped in to help.

Clothes were as you'd expect. Customer service was average at best. No customer engagement other than to pay for the purchase. No Tarocash printed bags.

From when i first walked into the store i was greeted by Willow Willow helped me pick out two pairs of Slim Chinos pants, Professional, thoughtful, communicative, great eye for fashion. Great service. Thanks Willow.i even went back and bought two pairs of Dress shoes, i will definitely be back.

I was looking for a suit, shirt and tie for my 13yr old son who dislikes clothes shopping/fitting.so I was alone and guessing his size but the assistant who was working (Monday morning) was really helpful. She made the whole process much easier and fast. The cut and quality of the suit is great. Fits well and no need to return anything.

My husband and I shopped at this store on Monday afternoon and Kelly, the sales person was so friendly and helpful. My husband has Parkinson’s Disease and she was so kind and caring and offered reassurance when his tremors became noticeable. She was very helpful and genuine and it was an absolute pleasure to be served by her. Keep smiling Kelly, you brightened up our day with your beautiful personality and cheery disposition.

Tarocash have a good range of reasonably priced stock and also racks of reduced stock which are great value. Definitely a very good store to shop at!

We had the best experience here, twice! Once when I went looking for a suit for my son, Bruce showed me around, and allowed me to take photos, then I went back with my son, and Maya looked after us while also fielding phone calls and other customers. Nothing was too hard for her. She had enthusiasm and was very bright and lovely. It put my son at ease and made him feel comfortable. I also watched her be the same for other mums and sons as well as older men. She did her job so well and provided exceptional customer service. Such an amazing credit to the company. Even my teenage son commented that she made the whole experience easy for us both. Thanks so much Maya

My five stars are for the helpful service we received. We went on a very busy Saturday morning and Bruce was working by himself, helping multiple customers all at the same time. We could see he was flat out but he was still very calm and helped us choose a beautiful suit for my husband. Thanks, Bruce, you are perfect at your job.

Don't shop here if you want good service, I was served by the store manager and she was very unprofessional in responding to my questions and queries, would never shop at this store again

I personally had a amazing time. The service was impecible. There is one specific worker named Bruce and I need to say, wow. He was amazing. Kind and helpful. He was helpful in finding the right outfit in a formal way. (I wear streetwear alot so he helped me fund a more formal outfit) Really I writ this report to say that this man needs a promotion. Bruce good job man. Keep up your amazing work. Give this man a payrise or promotion!

Hate to say but service was atrocious, store layout however is quite easy to make sense of and a good range of products.but store was completely let down by the horrendous service. The staff member that was serving me actually had the audacity to walk away mid conversation to go and actually serve someone else. I waited approx. 2 minutes before walking out disgusted.

Best experience. Had to go shopping for a suit for my partner, and the staff were very helpful and knew what size he was just by looking at him! Felt completely looked after. All-round a great experience.

Excellent store with excellent staff. Helped us out picking a suit and the young man we had helping us was awesome. Knew what he was talking about and very professional. Didn't try over selling anything to us and made the experience fun. Definitely recommend!
