Thanks to Ali and her team for there excellent service. We came to Tarocash Helensvale to find our suits for my wedding. My wife was very specific with the style and colours for these suits. We found the perfect combination of suits, shirts, and shoes here! Ali and her team needed to find some sizes from other stores, this was no hassle for Ali and had the desired sizes within 1 week! Also, the suits need alterations for my pants and for the best man, he needed the jacket sleeves lengthen take in the back and pants lengthened. All this was looked after by Ali and Her staff, fitment was perfect after the Alterations. Thanks for your help, excellent service and highly recommend for anyone men’s suits needs! I took my brother to Tarocash to purchase clothing for three weddings this year - he does not enjoy shopping for clothes! Marco was fabulous! He listened, he was attentive and very understanding. He helped us make great choices and put together mix and match options. Marco also organised all of the alterations. Marco you are a shining example of a person giving excellent customer service. Recently I visited Tarocash Helensvale with my parents, as we were shopping for a suit for my father for my wedding. We were greeted but some of the best customer service I have experience in years. Marco was our assistant and he stepped my father through every part of the process of buying a suit.
My dad is a tradie and his idea of dressing up is a nice tshirt and shorts …. But Marco made it extremely comfortable and organised alterations.
In one visit we have an entire suit - with alterations and we’re extremely happy.

VERY helpful lady the day I visited. I don't often clothes shop (the wife does it for me), but she was very friendly and helpful. Made life so much easier.

The lady we had who suited my son up for his formal was amazing in getting everything he needed to try on even the shoes.
Going back to sort something another time wasn't as good. The girl wasn't as helpful and forthcoming. Overall still a great place to shop for men's clothes.

Absolutely Amazing customer service, had a pair of pants being altered and the manager went the extra mile to make sure i got them that day, absolutely brilliant!
