8I have no words for how happy I am with tarocash Jindalee. They’ve have made my experience so easy shoppping for a suit for an upcoming event they matched everything perfectly and were so easy to get help from. There was never an employee that wasn’t smiling and they all were so helpful. Best service I have received in a while. Defiantly a 5 star review all round
Experienced dissatisfaction at Tarocash while trying to return shirts. Initially, the service lady appeared bothered and overtly impolite. When pressed for a return or the right size, she elevated the situation by summoning security. Unexpectedly, the security personnel directed me to exit the mall without a discernible cause. This unwarranted measure and subpar service affirm my decision to avoid Tarocash in the future. Caution to potential buyers, as the incident implied a pride concern with the customer service team.
I'm so happy with the service I got here buying suits for my 5 groomsmen and myself.
The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and they helped us with multiple fittings and were professional at getting the suits adjusted to fit us all perfectly. Plus they all seemed to be on top of my order when I called about it. And they got additional alterations done for me free of charge.

I had a minor issue with a pair of shoes I bought from a TAROCASH Store (not from DFO) some time back. Ashleigh was fantastic. She well understood the issue and replaced it with a new pair of shoes free. Great after-sales service by the Company. Thank you very much! Had a great experience with the staff at Tarocash. Got a great deal on 3 sets of suits for a wedding and was fitted quickly and professionally. Didn't have all the items in stock but all have been ordered and will be collected later.
