Went into tarocash 3 weeks ago on a Saturday with my father to get a shirt for a wedding. We had Brianna serve us. They did not have the size we wanted so had to order it in. They said it would be here 4 days later on the Thursday. No call. We called a few days after that to see where it was and no one could find the order. They said they would call back and never did. I called back again a few days later and a guy there picked up and said he had found the order but was still not there and had to come from garden city. I said okay I will wait. No call once again a week later. I was in Carindale yesterday and went in and the lady there Amber could not find the order and said there was no name written on it. It was never even ordered. Amber was helpful and gave me a refund. Every time I spoke to 3 separate people they kept blaming it on they where new there. Customer training needs to be improved immensely.

Tamasin from Carindale went the extra mile and checked stock at other stores to get us what we needed. Plus we had our two kids running around in store.

Just wanted to say that I had a great experience with Tarocash Carindale a couple of weeks ago.
Brianna went out of her way to accommodate me, I can be pretty particular about what I like and don’t like but Brianna wasn’t deterred and we came up with a great outfit for an event that I had to attend on the same day.

AMY AT CARINDALE IS AMAZING! I came in 6 months ago and she still remembered me today, when I brought my anti-social sister shopping for a suit. Amy was absolutely amazing and helped us through every process of buying a suit, I would trust Amy with my life, GREAT WORK AMY I LUV U

I made the effort to phone the day before to check whether they had the size we needed. It’s an unusual size and in the ‘S’range not the regular ‘R’range. In the past Tarocash had not stocked it. The girl on the phone assured me they had the size and in lots of styles and colours. We live a long way away and I told her I needed to be sure they had it because we were coming specially to buy a suit. She assured me absolutely they had. Well we went the next day and indeed they don’t have any ‘S’ sizes. Never did and never will, their range isn’t made in that size. Was it a lie or just ignorance? Either way, they don’t respect their customers’ time. Good news was we did find a suit in Myer so at least the trip wasn’t wasted.

Hey all, this is an awesome place to shop, the staff are wonderful, kind and overall awesome and guys if you're wondering about outfit choices, feel free to talk to the staff as they're helpful. Massive shout out to Liana, Vanessa and Mikayla, you guys are doing great, please keep up the good work, thanks again and the best to you guys!

Was at this store Thursday night just gone. Young guy working there was very nice and helpful. However, the young woman working there with long dark hair - unfortunately had a very bad attitude towards customers. Was short with me initially upon asking a basic question, she abruptly stated "all the long sleeved shirts are the same price" in a rude way then walked off.

An older gentleman came in with his wife and asked if there's any shirt they thought would be suitable to give as a wedding gift - with a nasty tone she quickly came back at him: "WHAT do you mean by GIFT? " As if he was asking the most 'outrageous' request ever. He didn't like it at all and looked visibly uncomfortable when she tried to condescend to him. Customer left shortly after, as would most people.

Heard her state to a young customer "Do you have your jacket? Well I guess you better GO GET IT then. " Was not nice. Even if it was intended to look like a joke, customers shouldn't be spoken to like that. He didn't like it either it seemed.

She seems like a nasty piece of work. Some people really shouldn't be dealing with customers or should be closely watched over by supervisors if they have to. I really hope management can do something about this situation, as in the brief time I was there I saw multiple customers being disrespected and then choosing to leave after. Who knows how many sales she may have cost the store. It's a shame as the young guy there was really friendly and some of the clothes are very nice.

Emmaleen is the best, been fitted by her a few times now and have walked out feeling nothing but confident! I’ll be taking her some groomsmen in a few weeks to get us looking suave!
Hands down the best I’ve been to

Without a doubt one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. Staff, specifically the manager, were unprofessional and aggressive (with the sale). The clothes themselves were poorly cut, and cheap in every sense of the word except price. The staff are pushy. I also saw her treatment of younger staff members and found it so brutal it was upsetting.

Vanessa you are absolutely amazing! You know your product so well. Thank you for making my shopping experience perfect! Words can't express my gratitude. Obviously your previous experinece in the European market translates beautifully to add a new sense of style.

Awful customer service, and overall experience - the shop was a mess, and the two girls working there were gossiping to each other and on their phones the entire time. Didn’t once offer to help or even greet us. We left very dissatisfied and disappointed at the non-existent customer service

Stood in the shop for a while, must have been a busy day as noone spoke to me. Have gotten online orders here in the past and they are helpful.

I just want to spend few minutes for thank Conor for the best customer service I ever had! No pressure, real helpful suggestions and really good professionalism! 5 start at him for the experience! Thank you again

I want to express my gratitude towards the excellent service I received today by a gentleman I believe by the name of Conor. He was fantastic to talk to, plus his expertise with style and his comprehension for what I needed was just superb.

Vanessa’s service was impeccable. She matched me with exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t have done it without her help
